I do a lot music recording and editing. I can't afford any latency. This computer flies. Best bang for buck. Was going to go for a MacBook but the price is ridiculous.

This laptop works perfect. Super fast , can handle multiple task at once , touch screen is amazing , very responsive. I can also make my laptop into a tablet.

I’ve had this Asus laptop for a few weeks, and for the last 2 weeks I’ve been using it to work from home with no real issues. It boots up quickly, has a great looking display, and has a responsive touchscreen. I really like the shipping tool with the stylus I purchased to perform quick mark-ups via the touchscreen. The only issue so far is that the numlock seems to randomly turn off. This replaced my 6-year old desktop, and it is obviously significantly better and faster. I would definitely recommend this laptop, as long as it hold up.

Looking for a school Laptop to do grapghing and GIS programs. Bought an Acer first and the screen quality was very poor. Returned the Acer and went to Best Buy and found this laptop. The display is twice as bright and I like the gloss screen finish. Fast and has the memory I need for graphical programs for school. Overall,somewhat expensive but would definately recommend.

I could not possibly be happier with this computer. I'm a graphic designer and video producer, so the most important thing for me to have was a 1) fast computer, 2) fast graphics card, and 3) high quality screen. This computer has it all, and more. Also - while it says it's a gaming computer, it's not as chunky as gaming computers usually are. It's sleek, thin, and made out of aluminum. Also, the touchscreen and 2-in-1 features are coming in handy more than I thought. This computer is worth every penny. Adobe works like a dream on it.

This a fabulous machine that I would normally give 5 stars. However, in my case I purchased an open box version, probably a return, and that should have been a warning. Don't get me wrong, it's still a great fast computer with excellent functionality, it's just that my particular unit had issues with the Windows Hello camera. Asus tech support responded to my issue with a generic troubleshooting procedure for a webcam, including Windows 7 portions! It took me a couple of emails to get any useful information from them.

The specs on this laptop are amazing. It will function nicely for moderate video editing at school. However, although the computer feels nice and sturdy in some areas, it is slightly flimsy in others. The touchpad on my unit is slightly loose along with the left hinge of the computer. At this price range, I was surprised. Asus usually has better quality when it comes to things like this. I'm not sure if I will return as the computer meets my needs and I imagine a return during a particular time like this may be a hassle. If you're looking for a laptop with good specs for video editing or gaming this one is great. Due note that some parts of this laptop may lack sturdiness though.

Best Buy staff at my local store helped me find this open box product online to fill my needs at a competitive price. Super fast, sharp graphics, and I couldn't be happier with the service and the price. This is the second ASUS product that I have purchased. I still have the original which still works fine, but...it is 11 years old now. So, it was definitely time for an update. Naturally, I went shopping for another ASUS.

Good computer. Camera leaves much to be desired. In these days of video conferencing meetings, the camera is blurry. Not good resolution at all. Bought an external camera that's better quality. Power button is difficult to use, too small. Have to use my finger nail to press it in.

I got this laptop for collage. It is amazing. I love the touch screen option. Super light weight and overall amazing!!

Admittedly we are low end (not for gaming or work) users of this laptop. This said this is a excellent laptop that has a smaller overall profile than our previous 15.6" screen ASUS. The 4K screen is very clear and been great for Zoom and Utube virtual sessions. The only odd feature has been the power button. It is very small and located on the side which makes for difficulty in locating. It does get easier with continued use / experience. Value is well worth the price.

Purchased an ASUS in 2010 and never had a problem. Bought other brands of laptops for grandchildren recently and was disappointed in their performance. This laptop is lightweight compare to my old machine, but it still seems to built "beefy", an example are the hinges. Love the facial recognition feature and the speed of this computer is fantastic. Have not spent much time on this computer since I got it, but so far am thrilled with this new Asus.

Really fast working and good for almost all game. I played destiny 2 and work perfectly

I have been using the computer for three weeks now. It doesn't heat up much, just the normal heating a regular computer would get. It's really fast. I don't use the touchscreen much but it works fine. It's silent. I cannot hear the fans I usually hear in other gaming computers. I haven't use the flip over setting so no comments on that feature. I will continue to use it and install some more games and update my review later on.

Got this for school. Going to college for accounting. It’s great! Fast, reliable, not as much battery time as I wanted but I knew that when I purchased it and it is not a bug deal at all it charges in less than 2 hours while I’m using it and running multiple apps. I’m glad I went with this computer and not a Mac. Also watching Netflix and YouTube it has great picture quality.

Purchased for engineering college student, met min reqd specs from university. Picked it out and waited 3 weeks to go on sale for $100 less. Ordered on line and did store pick up. All good so far. Will need to see if it can last 4-5 years to finish school Nothing negative to say now

This product is very solid. ASUS has always made great motherboards and the rest of the laptop keeps up with that reputation. It looks great, feels light, keyboard is designed well, is super fast, amazing display quality, and easy setup. I do not have anything negative to say about this product. It doesn't have a CD/DVD player, but who wants that extra weight in the digital media age, and plenty of storage space.

Great laptop! I was pleasantly surprised to find that it is a 3 in 1 as well. After reading reviews on several laptops, I decided to give this one a try. It doesn't overheat, which is nice if you're using it on your lap or in tablet mode. Although the charger itself is cumbersome, the laptop charges quickly and holds a charge for a good 8 hours with continuous use. The screen is bright and beautiful as well.
