Teenage son loves his new computer. He likes that he can use it for school as well as gaming. My only complaint as a parent, is that it is very difficult to find a hard case cover for it. Seems like only sleeves are available or skins (which a skin would not protect if it fell). Other than that, it seems like a great computer that he bought with his own money.

Has handled everything that I have tested with it so far. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone needing a workhorse laptop with a ton of bells and whistles...if you can get it at the $999.00 price. small hard to locate power button. lid should have been made easier to lift up. sd card sticks out way to much for my liking. other then that it's a solid machine.

Just received this laptop in the mail today. I set it up and have been using for about 6 hours now and I have no complaints. Everything is fast, gaming is a breeze (Ive tried tower unite, Minecraft, and CoD Warzone so far. All work great), and being a musician, I tried my DAW with a ton of plugins at once and I have no issues. Then again, it's the first day so it's obviously gonna be fast, I hope it lasts. The size is compact and lightweight which is way more convenient than my previous laptop. Also, it folds a full 360° (I'm not sure if the description said it was a 2 in 1, but it is, which was a nice surprise) My ONLY issue as to why I can't give it a full 5 is the power supply (see picture). I thought we moved away from those bulky annoying power boxes which cables coming out on both ends. Just makes the convenience of that more of a hassle, incase I need to travel with it or I have to use it on stage for music backtracks. But, I guess with a laptop this powerful, that supply box is needed. But the plug is much better than my previous laptops supply which was a giant box that I had to plug into the wall. Overall, this laptop is amazing so far and I can't wait to see what more I can accomplish now. Btw be careful when opening the box, the laptops in a pocket that if opened upside down or on its side, it can slide out (idk who'd do that, be you've been warned haha)

Purchased this for our college freshman going into engineering. She is very pleased. Everything she needs but not near the cost of what was in a “packaged discount” through the university. Light weight and fret graphics. Very pleased with this purchase. First time ASUS buyers, but fans now.

I don't really do gaming or much else that puts a demand on my computer, so it is no surprise it handles all my tasks well. Keyboard layout is nice and I have no complaints. I type a lot for work and this is my go-to when I am not in the office. I LOVE the 4k display. So much nicer than my old laptop was. I am pleased with the value.

I have had NO problems with this laptop and it has done everything I needed for an active art studio. I use huge pic files and it handles them super fast. Delighted with my Asus and will buy this brand again with confidence. Thanks Best Buy! Thanks Asus!

Battery life was great for a couple weeks then took a nose dive. Power plug plugs into the right side of the machine I find the annoying with my primary sitting location the power comes from the left side, would rather have power cable coming out the back. 4k screen might have been a waste of an upgrade for the only 15 in screen, but that's a personal preference. My screen does glitch out and turns green for just a second every once and a while. The touchpad is great, the full 10key is great but it's a little squished and the add enter and other functions keys are not to the right of the 10 as normal keyboards so would be rather annoying for doing any amount of data entry Decently fast for a mid range laptop touch screen works great. The worse feature it if you try to fold the screen around to use the entire thing like a tablet (not using the really nice teepee config) you end up with the keyboard on the back so setting it down will end up destroying your keyboard after time wish they added a swivel so you could just have the regular bottom in this config.

Love the laptop. I hate that it does not come with better ports. Personally it is only great for playing games like the Sims 4. Don't expect to be running fortnite or COD on here. Great for Computer Science Students runs all IDEs perfectly. Tons of memory and ram. Display is beautiful.

I am very pleased with the ASUS 15.6" 4K touch screen laptop. The computer is very quiet, which is important to me. The screen is bright with good detail at 4K, and the touch screen is a plus as well. I have been using macbooks until now, and I am impressed with the progress Microsoft has made with Windows 10.

One of the best purchases I've ever made. Staff at Best Buy were outstanding in listening to my specific needs and requirements, helping me consider the various models available, and getting exactly what I needed. Laptop is fantastic in every way, and was available at a huge savings at Best Buy.

I love Asus computers. My last Asus laptop lasted for over 7 years and is used heavily as I'm a professional photographer. I did have to replace the hard drive after 6 years. My last computer screen was acting like it was about to go out so had to get a new one. I decided on this one. So far it's been good. My last one, had the original 10 key set up on side, and this one has it, but it's laid out differently and smaller. So can't do my fast 10 key I normally do. The power button is also very hard to turn on because it's so small. I do worry about that not working in the future. The screen also flickers some times but I saw that was a Windows 10 issue and I haven't had time to look into how to fix it yet. Other than that It's a great computer and recommend it for photographers.

Awesome laptop the touchscreen and 4k resolution is great. This laptop is honestly great looking and sturdy I wish there was some cases that could attach to the frame bur with a 15.6 standard screen protector you should be okay. The 1050 is sufficient for most gaming, i play modern warfare its basically all low settings and is decent as long as you aren't trying to do any heavy gaming which this is not built for. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a 2 in 1 laptop tablet. It is surprisingly cool with the ventilation system which i was kind of worried about, but overall for a everyday laptop for work, school or video editing this will do the job. Overall have realistic expectations if you're looking an all around go to go laptop minus the gaming aspect. I haven't opened it up to see if it is upgradeable but from what I've read everything is soldered on the motherboard so this is a limitation unless you are comfortable diving in depth to mess with it in that manner.

I have had my new computer for about a month. The monitor resolution is fantastic, the graphics are unbeatable, and the speed and responsiveness is second to none. I use my computer for everyday business, programming, gaming, and movies. This is my second Asus, and I have been incredibly satisfied.

So far, the laptop is working great! I bought this laptop to replace a laptop that I had for 6 years. The laptop has a quick processor and is very easy to operate. Also, the price couldn’t be beaten for all the features that it included. I would most definitely recommend this device!

I bought this laptop for my wife when she had to start working remote. I've also installed a few games on it for myself, Red Dead Redemption 2 and Civilization VI. So far it's been working great, boots within seconds, plays the games without issue. I also bought the ASUS portable monitor to go with it and now it's like she's in the office. Great laptop.

Very well built computer. 4K screen is amazing. The laptop is aluminum but doesn't feel like it. It is fast and has a nvidia graphics card but when running graphics intensive programs (photoshop, premiere, etc.) it does feel alittle sluggish.
