I got this for teaching, gaming, non-professional art, and general needs. It works great, sounds great, graphics are great. It does get hot due to the performance load, but the side vents are nice to prevent an overly hot bottom. I use the Bamboo pen with it. No issues and had it for about a month now. I'm decent with tech and did a lot of research prior to getting this product. I highly recommend.

I haven't had any complaints yet. I find some track pads difficult to use but this one is very sensitive and easy to work with. The facial recognition safety feature works well even if I open it at a weird angle. I did have to record it from two different lighting scenarios with and without glasses, but once it got it, it catches me in a fraction of a second. I wish my phone worked that well. The computer is quick and responsive compared to the dinosaur it replaced. I haven't gotten all may software uploaded yet, but so far I am very pleased with my selection. I haven't started editing video with it yet, which will be the real test, but I feel confident it will be able to handle most of my needs.

Overall, I am very happy with the laptop top. The performance is amazing. However, I just had to send it off to Asus after only having purchased it in May. I'm waiting to see what the diagnosis is. All of a sudden it didn't want to turn on.

I had to return for two reasons. 1) It cannot support more than one monitor because there is only one HDMI port, no Display Port, and the USB C does not support a USB C to HDMI adapter despite BB support confirmed it would. I didn't try a USB C to Display Port Adapter but it is unlikely. I'm confident the USB C port on this laptop is not a Thunderbolt, and I could not find any online data to confirm that a mere USB C 3.0 or 3.1 can send video data through an adapter like I was trying in less the USB C is a Thunderbolt. 2) I purchased the laptop during the holiday season, which gave me until 1/16/21 to return. I began watching sales, and this exact model went on sale 12/9/20 for $400 off. After two strong attempts by me (over several hours of phone and text chats, two tickets) BB refused to honor the price match because I was outside the 30 day normal return window. It didn't seem to matter to BB that despite it had been 30 days, I could still return the laptop so they should have honored the $400 price match reduction, which they refused. So I returned it for a far superior Dell laptop that happened to go on sale for $100 less than what I had paid for the Asus. This Asus laptop is ok if you can get it on sale like other reviewers successfully did, but definitely not worth the regular price if you need it to support more than one additional monitor. The graphics card is a low grade NVideo card, which is likely why they didn't add extra ports for extra monitors, plus there is no Ethernet port. You can only connect to the internet by Wi-Fi. Very easy to set up. I love the touchscreen feature. The speakers are excellent. And the battery lasts long time.

Screen has a sleek appearance and the laptop itself is sturdy without being too bulky. The set up was extremely easy to do. It also charges quickly :) which is always great and touchscreen is a excellent ñfeature to have.

I am not sure about the heating up of the battery already. Maybe I should have went with something else but will give this a try. Definitely need a mouse

Love this brand. The laptop works perfectly! The first one we ordered had issues, but Best Buy was amazing and replaced it fast with excellent customer service. This one is amazing and works as it should. My daughter uses it to do her school work on it with distance learning and all the zoom calls daily with no issue. It is fast and efficient with not only her school work, but her art and design as well. The only complaint there is, if I had to say one, is that the track pad seems a bit overly sensitive compared to past laptops. Overall though, amazing laptop.

Has been extremely useful for me. I use it a lot for school and the touch screen definitely comes in handy when I'm scrolling or need to quickly navigate without using the touch pad. Worth every penny.

This PC meets all the objectives we set for a 2-in-1, touch-capable laptop that is easy to use, lightweight. It has the RAM and SSD capacity as well as the processor speed we were looking for.

This laptop has been great. Very fast processor and the graphics are amazing versus my old HP. Its really the perfect mix of gaming and everyday needs. We really like the touch screen feature.

Best laptop I’ve owned so far. Very fast bootup and have not had any issues loading up multiple apps. I owned the top of the line Surface and all though it is lighter, this one blew it away. My only small issue is the power button. It’s on the right side and a little tough to power on/off without using my finger nail. Battery life is solid and monitor is very sharp and doesn’t show smudges like my iPad.

I purchased this because I was in need of a computer that could handle light work in Adobe Suite. This has been a great machine so far (1 month in). In the store I was most impressed by the brightness of the display in comparison to other models that had similar hardware. My office has lots of backlight and this laptop is always easy to see. I even use it outside sometimes with no squinting needed.

This is by far the best laptop I have ever owned. It can handle heavy photo/video editing, podcast recording gaming and one of the best screens to watch video on.

The fan isn’t too loud, but sometimes you can really hear it when running a lot at once or a beefy game. But it isn’t terrible at all. Haven’t had any issues with the computer itself

Great product for creativity, I am an architect and it can pretty much do everything I need to do. I wish keyboard had bıgger keys but overall I'd recommend it.

I needed a new computer for work and this was perfect. Fast, gets everything done that I need it to. We'll see the real test in a few weeks when I get some hi res images to analyze.

I purchased this as a replacement for my HP envy, wow this thing is super fast, the Nvidia card could even manage MS Flight Sim 2020 on medium settings getting around 40 FPS.

I've never had a gaming laptop before but I'm enjoying this one. It's lightweight, the touch screen is fantastic, and from what I can tell, the graphics card is awesome. ..
