I LIKE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT EXCEPT THE AMD PROCESSOR IS OPERATING AT CAPACITY (80-100 PERCENT PERFORMANCE) JUST DOING NORMAL TASKS LIKE FACEBOOK AND E-MAIL. VERY SLOW EVEN WITH 8GB RAM INCLUDED. I HAVE HAD THIS LAPTOP FOR JUST OVER 2 MONTHS AND WOULD NOT BUY IT AGAIN, HAVE ALWAYS HAD INTEL DUAL CORE PROCESSORS, MY BAD THIS TIME

The speed is awesome and I really like the weight of the laptop itself. I would recommend this to anyone that needs a decent computer at a lower price.

We are terribly sorry to hear that your device battery dies in 45 minutes and your device is slow. We are recommending to complete a scan for corrupted files, >Press Windows Key + X then click on Command Prompt(Admin)/Powershell(Admin) > Now type the following in the cmd and hit enter :Sfc /scannow >Wait for the above process to finish and once done restart your PC. If your computer is still running slow please back up your device and complete a system refresh on the device. Please complete this step for your battery issue. Right click on the start menu icon (bottom left corner)>Select "Device Manager" > Select "Battery" > Locate "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery" and Microsoft AC adapter > Right click on it and select "Properties" > Select the "Driver" tab at the top > Select Uninstall at the bottom > Make sure the checkbox that says "Delete the driver software" is empty > Restart the device. Also complete a bios reset. BIOS Reset (Ensure the device is turned off) > Push the power button and tap on "F2" > Once into the BIOS, tap "F9" and select "Yes" > Then tap on "F10" and select "Yes" (to save settings and restart).We certainly value your feedback.
