Great for basic use. Takes a little work to get it configured but once you have it set up its a great laptop.

Hard to get used to after having Vista. Sometimes freezes up. Less inputs than X550C and no touch-screen

Needed a new computer for my daughter's 22nd birthday. I looked at a lot of different places. Don't know why. When I came to my senses and went to Best Buy, I seen the Asus. She loves it. She's on her laptop just as mush as she's on her phone. From watching movies to taking care of business, this computer can keep up with her. I want one. That's how cool it is.

It is very easy to use and the battery lasts as long as I need it to.

I love this Asus, I loved my last Asus. I will buy them again and again. I had the last laptop for 6 years with no problems until 2 letters on the keyboard quit working. i just plugged in a different keyboard and kept working until I could afford another computer. Their support is great. I can not think of anything bad to say I do miss the backlit keyboard

Nice overall laptop for everyday use. Windows 10 rocks. The 500GB hard drive is only 5400 rpm, so it is sort of slow. Upgraded to a 120GB San Disk SSD for $42 and not it boots super fast...15 seconds to desktop and shuts down in about 10 seconds. Plus everything else runs much faster with the SSD. Even without the SSD this is s good laptop for the price.

I purchased an ASUS 3-4 years ago and loved it! ASUS #2 does not always recognize my password which I have not changed since day 1. Now I have to set up a password recovery external thumb drive, which is very inconvenient since I work out of town in often rural areas. Maybe the problem is operator error.

I bought this for my teenager as her first computer because the price was right. This laptop is so slow that my daughter would rather use her iphone. Also the keyboard doesnt work sometimes.

It was worth the money but need better assessories like tripod

I bought another ASUS because the old one suddenly stopped working after 5 years. I noticed the new one is much lighter which is a good thing. The only thing I worry about is that when I am typing, I feel the buttons may pop out at any time, The keyboard feels hollow. But so far nothing has happened yet.

This laptop is a great low priced computer....Plenty of processing power for most applications!!!

It's convenient and dosent over heat good for gaming too

Great computer if you install SSD hard drive. Other than that it is a very entry level computer.
