Great Laptop

Not crazy about Windows 10 but I will live with it. The laptop itself has good speed, great visibility and works well with video conferencing. Worth the money I spent.

It's not bad...

I don't know why it freezes but no matter what I do it won't unfreeze. But other than that I've had no issues with it
