Ita supoustoby new product so when i get n i opened y turn it on the touch pad is not working well n the graphic card have a problem so when i take it back to the store a few days later cuzz i work to much hrs so when i got to the store they didnt want to help me cuzz i didnt buy the insurance i have an older version a different brand n it work better than the one i bougth

You got what you pay for, ti's just a laptop. The camera picture quality is bad, didn't tried anything else

Processer is stupidly slow. Do not purchase. Not worth the headache.

great for watching video/movie but slow in loading more than 3 pages due to so many banner ads

I should of known better to purchase this computer, it had a saved profile on it and the memory was not wiped. It only had abt 8 gigs of the 500 available. Now it caught up in a repair loop and had to be sent to the geek squad repair center. So my college student is currently without a functioning computer during week one.

This lap top is junk disconnect from wireless a lot and it freezes a lot. I have had in into the geek squad still no good Getting ready to take into today and have them ship it to manufactor hopefully they will fix the wifi card in it. This think has been nothing but trouble since we bought it. Stay away from this computer.

Doesn't have alot of features, didn't realize it was only 4 gb

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. After owning it for three days it flashed a message that the hard drive was corrupted. I had been on the computer for a total of one half hour and the only thing I had done was install the virus protection. It continues to give me problems.

Mouse response on keyboard is slow. Could be better

I do not like this laptop. It is not good for a beginner. Im use to Samsung(everything being already setup. Here you need to set up everything. Even after i downloaded apps I still have no clue where they are. This computer sucks.

Maybe I got a bad one, but this was a gift for my father n law and it only works when it is plugged in. I will be returning this in a couple days in hopes for a new working one.

Even with a nearly empty memory, it processes every command slow. Worst PC I've ever purchased.

A disappointment of an Asus laptop, the process I power isn't nearly close to the reviews. crashes every so often. Overall a decent laptop for surfig the web....AND THAT'S IT!

I gave this as a graduation gift and it worked for less than a week before it started having issues. It does look nice and makes a nice, but expensive paper weight!

I really love this computer! It sounds kind of hallow when you type and use the key pad and Its kind of cheaply made. I read a review that said its slow, I honestly don't get where they got it's slow. I also love the price, I took $450 into Best Buy and got The Lap Top, A 1 year warranty, and The Sims 4. Over all I love it.

Needed laptop with a DVD. Did not work whatsoever. Returned this item. Worker advised that the player may need an appointment to work.
