This was a great buy! Very easy to set up and use!

The rating is for the brand. Not crazy about having an internal battery. There are no 'doors' on the bottom to get to the RAM, HD, or battery. Just my personal preference. Love the Asus brand, but not the Win8 it came with. Bought one 2 years ago with Win7 and love everything about it.

Nice portable computer that does is all for the busy college student. My son has had not problems with this computer and it works well for the price.

Bought for daughter in high school and great for gaming- sims

I had purchased Toshiba before this one and it was right move I made . Laptop performs great and fast enough. I am just a normal internet suffer and download movies and paybills on line type of guy.

This was a gift for my parents. It does exactly what it needs to for them. Setup for them was easy and they are already using it and commenting on stuff on Facebook, which my mom is thrilled about.

Great computer for the price. Use it primarily for Internet, bill pay, & word processing. I'm Not a computer wiz so this is enough for my needs & fast enough internet.

I bought this and returned on couple of days as bestbuy was giving same thing in dell with touchscreen in just addtional $50 bucks. Thanks really cool. This product has better sound quality and picture quality than that dell. But could have been better if it had touchscreen

It is a good computer but would I prefer a Toshiba brand.

I purchased the laptop for a back-up DJ unit. I loaded all of my songs on, after getting adjusted to the Windows 8 operating system, and it seems to be fine. The 500 GB Hard Drive is more than enough to facilitate my needs. The plastic body could be a little more sturdy.

What I love most about this laptop is it so light weight and not a heavy bulky laptop. I was not used to working on Windows 8, but it was pretty fast to learn. I really enjoy this tablet.

With my old laptop it couldn't keep internet connection in busy areas and then the screen went out. So I wanted something cheap just to get me by my last few months until I graduate school. Picked this laptop up and thought it was a solid laptop for the price.

As laptops go, this product was quite inexpensive.

This computer is very slow and has lots of useless "perks." Constant updates take hours to complete and constant "freezing" makes simple tasks take hours to complete, if at all. There is no built in program to play DVDs, and if there is, it is not easily found. All in all, this is the worst computer that I have ever used...and I have two! I purchased them for my kids, so I bought "cheaper" laptops because of their age, and, well, I guess I got what I paid for...

I love the new Windows 8.1 software on my Asus laptop. When I first brought it home just "looking" at the Window's desktop made switching between applications so easy.. Everything loaded fast.

Best buy around for the price. Best Buy was helpful in helping me compare different laptops and deciding which one was best for my needs. This selection has met those needs.

Good speed and graphics for the price. I purchased this computer for my daughter, and she has no problem streaming videos and music. It's fast and great for schoolwork.

I bought this laptop for my office and have been happy with it so far. It does feel a cheaply made, especially in the touchpad/mouse key area. However, it functions fine for basic computing.
