Not a good laptop

I had to send it in to have the hard drive replaced after 1 month of light use. Hard drive crashed again after 2 more months. I replaced the hard drive with a SSD drive and it lasted for awhile. You can't upgrade the memory, it is built into the motherboard and not removeable. Asus support was not helpful.

Best Buy Care the best!

I hate my new asus notebook.

I was told that this notebook would do the job....it is slow and when I went download something my sister sent via email I got a notice saying I had to buy the office program,which I never had to do before...I AM NOT HAPPY AND FELL THAT I HAVE WASTED MONEY I DID NOT HAVE TO SPEND.
