I like this computer so far. The price is cheap and it's pretty fast. I mainly use it to watch movies and surf the internet.

You can't get a deal like this even during Black Friday. A $250 I3 laptop is the cheapest you can have.

This is a great laptop for users who simply desire to check e-mail, browse the web, watch videos, chat using webcam, stream movies and music, and work on office documents. The i3 processor and 4 gb of RAM are sufficient to perform those tasks. The laptop boots up quickly and wakes instantly from sleep mode. It comes installed with Windows 8, with a free upgrade to Windows 8.1. There isn't much bloatware that comes with the laptop, and the ones that come pre-installed are easy to uninstall. Audio/speaker quality is average. Even at maximum volume, it doesn't get too loud. Purchasing separate external speakers such as a 2.1 system will definitely enhance the audio experience. Here are some of the cons: Battery life is short, somewhere on the order of 2 to 3 hrs depending on your use. RAM cannot be upgraded.

This laptop is great for what my needs are: music, web surfing, and streaming movies/TV shows. I didn't need a touch screen as I have a tablet as well, and the Windows 8.1 platform works surprisingly well considering I was unsure, having a Windows tablet, how that platform would function on a laptop. My previous laptop was a Windows 7 and I'm happy to say that navigating the tiles with the mouse pad isn't too troublesome and the ability to switch to the familiar desktop screen makes it simple if the tiles give you too much trouble. The laptop is quiet and runs smoothly, which is nice. My only real complaint is that having the number pad offset on the keyboard gives you the ability to use numlock for easier number typing but when you turn off the laptop or restart it, it always turns numlock off. I had to use a proxy to have it be always on. The only other minor complaint is that the keyboard is hard for me to navigate when trying to use delete, home, end, backspace, etc. due to the number pad being in there, but that's just simply because I'm not used to that setup. Overall a quality product for the outstanding price that I got it for pre black Friday.

This laptop is perfect for travel as it is very light and durable. It interfaces with my network easily and has every feature I need. After having virus problems right out of the box, I was hesitant to keep it, but the Geek Squad fixed it and sped it up by stripping all of the bloatware off and returning it to minimum factory specs, making it better than brand new!

Dad was not getting used with tablets.. and older laptops were giving a problem.... so this has been good choice for a while

I got this to replace my OLD laptop and was pleased that it was on sale and the guy at the store was very helpful and it fits my need just right. I really like Windows 8.1 as well very easy to learn. Just love having a new faster laptop.

I purchased this computer on the fly as I had a paper due and my other one had just died on me. Works great, easy to maneuver through and perfect for what I need to get done for class.

Didn't need the fastest speed or best graphics, but didn't want to be too slow either. Grabbed this on sale for $100 off after Thanksgiving and have still not seen a better deal on an i3 laptop. Big screen, relatively fast and light.
