I purchased two laptops. One runs great, the other is constantly doing upgrades and is slow to respond on the internet. They are both used on the same internet/wifi and have the same software installed. It was a good price but sometimes you don't get the exact same product. NOTE: I have not taken the slow one back to have it checked.

Good laptop. Although it does not work as fast as my prior laptop, it meets all my needs.

Great laptop, very sensitive touch. The overly sensitive touch can sometimes be annoying.

Looking for a computer for your child for school, this is it. Affordable and excellent speed and video.

At this price point, it's a great starter laptop for kids. Since it has Window 8, most applications will run fine (such as Minecraft). Only con is that it is difficult to replace the RAM and HDD.

I bought this during thanksgiving sale and it's worth the money. It's pretty nice for browsing and checking emails. Lightweight is definitely plus. Best buy was great, they had the product ready in less than an hour for pick up. Overall nice experiance

I am satisfied with this laptop. Bought one for myself and one for gift.

Still learning how to use this as I am not experienced with the windows system for my personal computer use. It seems like it may be easy to use it's just taking the time to learn and sometimes you just want to get on and go and not knowing the system I tend to get navigated away from what I am doing.

Runs well with little lag. Would definitely choose this brand again.

Runs fast, taking some getting used to how Windows 8 works as my last laptop was Vista. But works for basic Internet & document needs as needed for myself.

Bought for basic computing tasks and internet use..overall its not bad. However it is a bit slow and the battery life is incredibly short. Fully charged it only lasts a little over an hour. Debating on returning for a bit more of an upgrade
