I got very good deal on open box item. I have had trackpad issue (stopped working) but it was easy fix other than that no problem so far

This computer had a very cheap feeling. It is a great computer for someone starting college.

too much extra stuff loaded and not easy to navigate like windows 7 ,this has windows 10 and i find it difficult to find things

it is a sleek,light weight and steady laptop. did not use it to give specific comments.

the LCD screen went out just before warranty was up. I took the laptop in to Geek Squad who sent it out for repair. It was returned with a new LCD panel and a new motherboard. (Not sure why the motherboard was replaced - it didn't need one. It was just an LCD issue). 3 months later the entire system took a dump. Wouldn't even turn on. THAT is a mother board issue which tells me they put in a faulty motherboard. Geek Squad refused to fix their mistake and I was left with a broken laptop and less $500 in my wallet. I did my research and this was supposed to be one of the highest rated of budget laptops. My laptop never left my ET center as it was permanently hooked up to my TV monitor. So there was no damage to the machine. Would have expected it to last more than a year. Motherboards aren't supposed to quit that soon. I am deeply disappointed with Geek Squad and their inability to take accountability for using faulty equipment on my machine.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS POOR WHEN I DECIDED TO BUY. THIS WAS NOT MY INITIAL CHOICE BUT IT WILL SUFFICE.

Good build quality for the price, well specced out. Screen is a bit dim, but not bad overall.

It was too slow and I could not play dvds. The keyboard had a nice feel to it.

I bought this computer for my mother. She uses it for work but also plays many games on it too and the touch screen works great.

My old laptop stop charging forcing me to buy a new computer. This is laptop so much faster but I do miss the old Windows.

i have had alot of problems with this laptop and am not very happy with it

I purchased this for school and for what I paid for it, it does it's job. Good performance, full size keyboard, and a good sized screen. To fit the fullsized keyboard with the numberpad on the laptop, they had to shorten some keys like the Shift key which is annoying but a small inconvenience.

I really like the smooth navigation and key pad easy to carry.

With it's price point for a Core i5, you cannot beat it. The performance is adequate for everyday computing.

Was a second purchase after return of the first for a key the didn't work. We had went to Best Buy and she liked this model so was insistent that we try again with this Asus. This one works well, is light has a good display and easy to use. Good speed and quality for the money.

After reading the reviews and comparing this laptop to others I expected it to be much faster than it is. Sometimes I will wait 3-4 minutes for a page or application to open. This is a brand new laptop & I shouldn't have to search for things to disable to make it run decently.

Slow for a new laptop, but you get what you pay for..
