I tried to watch a DVD on this computer, with no luck. I then got online and try to access the Asis help desk, but it would not recognize the info I put in so I could never submit the form. It kept coming back requiring more information, even though I had provided everything that they asked for. I still need to try to contact them, and I suppose I'll try now to access them over telephone. Otherwise, it seems to be working fine.

My computer crashed during the Holiday Season so I was on a computer hunt. I researched all types and decided to purchase the ASUS computer with intel core i5. This is a great computer for what I want to do. I was afraid to purchase one that only had an icore 3, thinking in no time it will be outdated. Yes, this one will be soon, also, but it gives me the range that I need and it came with office. The sales reps that you put in the areas are knowledgeable about the product. What I found is that if a sales person doesn't know as much about it or unable to answer the questions you have they will find some one else to help you. I can't get a computer without Geeksquad. Was looking for a great entry level laptop for parents and ran across this BEAST! Offers more than enough computing power than what they'll need which is great and got it for an awesome price.

Fast processor for the price, easy to set up, works well.

Easy to navigate, faster than what we expected . pretty impressed for a lower end laptop.

good price and good laptop but with a touch pad problem

I had a problem with the touch pad. Did not always move the cursor so it was annoying. Since I always us a touch pad and not a mouse, I decided to return the machine. However, I purchased an HP and it's touch pad is too sensitive and keeps changing the zoom.

Good memory, the size of the hard disk is enough. Memory is good, processor and size.

Bought about a month ago, no problems so far. Nice appearance and pretty lightweight

This laptop was on sale and meets my requirements. It's an intel i5 with 1 tb which is great

I love my ASUS. I've had it a little over a month and have had no problems with it. It starts up quick and does not lag like some other computers. It has a large amount of memory. ASUS has free cloud memory along with the one drive, google drive and drop box. So the amount of memory that comes with the physical computers now are a little irrelevant. ASUS makes great products at affordable prices.

It does exactly what you need it to do and is affordable for someone on a budget.

I chose this laptop because i knew someone that had it and could not stop raving about it. Well they are right awesome quality for the price. Thin and very portable at the same time. Also ASUS is a very strong brand i will choose this any day over Toshiba.

I got this laptop for my wife on clearance and open box. Works great for surfing and email. Windows 10 seems to run good on it. The key board has raised keys which take a little while to get use to. Can't really complain for the price. $360.00.

Love this laptop, just took me a while to figure out how to use all the functions including the new version of Windows since I'm used to my older laptop. The biggest downside to this laptop is the keys are not backlit and there's no indication of if you have cap-lock on or not when you're typing.
