One of the Bestbuy employees talked us into this laptop. My wife loves to play The Sims on it and it works great. This is an amazing laptop and glad we purchased it.

This was a very good purchase. I was looking for a new laptop that would provide me with sound, solid performance. I define this by a unit that processes clean and fast, boots up promptly, doesn't hang up while browsing and is solidly constructed. I find this Asus extremely solid. Also, the keyboard is very sound and audio is just fine. This unit will work at home or for the businessman on the go.

Fast, good graphics, great sounding speakers, good buy for the money.

It runs smoothly and quickly for the most part. It can get a little bogged down when I have too many windows especially, especially in Adobe, but overall it does a great job. I'm not a fan of the new Windows, I don't care for the app based layout, but it's standard on all the new computers. Love the big screen and keyboard. Great choice for the price!

Altogether a well designed laptop. No negatives about it.

So far this laptop has been pretty good overall. I use it in a small shop, and it's been everything I need. The hard drive has been fairly noisy since I got it though, and I may see about getting it replaced. I also had an issue with the smart gesture feature, the one that controls the finger scrolling and zooming on the touchpad, which was slightly annoying to diagnose. But after uninstalling and updating, it's been flawless since. I would say this is a great laptop to choose if you're looking for an everyday multitasking reliable laptop.

I spent roughly 4 days reading every review from both regular users, IT professionals and magazines that I could. Everything I read had me looking forward to getting a hold of this laptop. Bought it, got it home and promptly started to run into issues. Within the first two days of having it it crashed. Once I had it back up it would have delays in opening programs that would last from a few seconds up to 1 1/2 minutes. I work in the IT field so I tried everything I could think of and find after doing research about this to fix the issue. Not happening. It froze and crashed twice more before I took it back.

Nice gaming usage. Easy downloads for music! Photo imports super fast! Easy to navigate! Love it.

Got this laptop for my uncle and he loves it. I did set it up for him, so from what I saw, it's fast, big screen and good speakers.

I think this is a great product for the right price. I would definitely recommend it to a friend. I just dont like windows 10.

This PC is a great addition for anyone. Surpassed my expectation as far as speed and managing multiple applications at once.

The laptop has everything I wanted - DVD player, lots of memory, good battery life. Only reason for a 4 and not a 5 is that I don't like Windows 10.

I was looking for a powerful laptop that was reasonably priced and had speed and memory. Once I saw this I fell in love -- not only were the specs great but it looks so classy. And when I fired it up I was pleasantly surprised to find the initial setup fast and easy. And, as a bonus, there were none of the unwanted programs loaded into the system that have plagued previous installations (though it did come with Norton antivirus). All in all a great computer.

I felt I needed a laptop for working with office and drafting programs. My tablet (surface pro) was alright but physically too small. This product filled the bill and was my first online purchase through Best Buy. Seamless transaction. Will definitely use this method again.
