    Bad laptop, won’t last long

    The laptop was working fine for a week or two but now I can’t access windows or do anything on it. I really thought Best Buy would be more understanding and fix my laptop since I just bought it but I was mistaken. They told me I’d have to pay at least 100$ even if it’s not my fault, if it’s a hardware issue and it’s their fault, they will still charge you for it. Stay away from this item.
