Love this laptop. Ive had it for a few years now and it still works great! Battery life is shorter than my last ASUS but still not bad.

This laptop is just what I needed. I really like the fingerprint scanner for security. I searched for a laptop with backlit keys. Battery life seems to hold up well. Quick response to web searches. The ethernet port was a requirement for me since wifi is not always available. Other reviews complained of the vibrancy of graphics, but it seems fine to me. If memory becomes an issue a 8GB, there is a spot for another 8GB memory stick to be added.

Using this to start a PhD program. Plenty of power for computations, especially with the designated GPU. Very quick boot up time. The keyboard is a little slow at times (i.e. sticky key, or when a button is pressed at an angle it doesn't register)

I bought this laptop for online schooling, as my last laptop couldn’t seem to handle running Zoom and all the programs I needed for online school. This new laptop can run quickly with countless tabs open even while running Zoom. It starts up in less than 10 seconds and it can even run some fun games that I downloaded. I’ve been using it for about 2 months at this point and I am beyond satisfied!! Best purchase ever!

Good laptop - fast and lightweight but listing is a bit off. Says the webcam is 2 megapixels and 1080p and it is NOT. Updated drivers and all and still very poor quality. More like 0.3 megapixels and 480p. Worse than my 7-year old laptop it is replacing. So if you’re getting this for working at home or virtual school and need to zoom or Webex or otherwise be on video a lot like I am, might not be the best option. The rest of the laptop seems great and great quality for the price, so if webcam isn’t important to you then go for it. I realize most laptops don’t have a stellar webcam, but I’d at least like to get what I thought I was getting.

This is the best computer ive ever had it runs quick and smooth its perfect.

In a class by itself! Great color, very quick loading ability and nice large screen. Not only is this a good one family computer but it makes an excellent second family computer, which it has become and is cherished for the fast way it turns on and is ready for action within less than a minute. Very pleased with this brand and is the second ASUS we have purchased and most likely, if and when needed will definitely purchase another ASUS Laptop.

Overall this laptop is very well equipped. The big issue for me is the screen low quality, the colors are washed out, view angle is very limited, If only the screen was better I would give it 4.5 stars

This was advertised as a touchscreen by Best Buy, it is not. Then, I left 2 requests for call back to discuss the matter, one just after 8 am and another one just after 1 pm. Now 2:30, still not a call from Best Buy. They KNOW they screwed up, they should contact everyone that bought it without being prompted, instead, they make it very difficult to contact them looking for some sort of compensation or acknowledgement for their advertising error. NOT A GOOD LOOK BEST BUY!!!

A very good laptop to casually game on and have a great gaming experience with windows 10 with the Xbox app helps with that.

Nice looking and fast but the screen is not antiglare. Which makes it difficult.

So I only just received the laptop today. I don’t want to say the laptop itself is bad, because it doesn’t seem like it. But BestBuy messed up. The product name and specifications both say it is a touch screen laptop, numerous times. It is NOT a touchscreen!

Had no problems using it even that I am a 82 years old lady.

Brought in computer with non-responsive hard drive. Geek squad did a great job bringing it back to life!

As the previous commenter stated, this item is falsely advertised as having a touch screen. I also checked internal components and processor shows as AMD Radeon Vega 8, not Ryzen 5. Will be returning immediately. -> Apparently I purchased the last one. When I return it, please don't buy it.
