great battery life and screen is a great size . Purchased for my son for school he absolutly loves it.

Paid 160$ for it . Can't beat that.. definitely a beginner laptop.. quality of pics..n storage .. are definitely not that great..good for everyday use..not for gaming

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY ASUS 17.3 CHROMEBOOK. I HAVE USED THE BRAND BEFORE AND FOUND IT EASY TO USE AND GOOD TO TRAVEL WITH AS IT IS QUITE LIGHT AND EASY TO CARRY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS LAPTOP TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS THAT ARE IN THE MARKET FOR A GOOD LAPTOP. THE PRICE IS ALSO GREAT FOR THE GEM THAT I GOT.

First Chromebook, took some getting used to after using Intel PCs forever. Interface takes some work to navigate, but once you find the basic parts, easy to use. Got it for mostly email and internet browser work, which it is great for, but for file download, email attachments, etc it takes a little time figuring it out. However, very inexpensive, and if you only need the above basic functions, it is a great value.

So far I love it! I did find that there are things that are not compatible. I couldn’t install Turbo Tax and my wireless printer. I’m trying to avoid windows because it is so unstable. I love the look! I’ll try to use this laptop as much as I can without windows. I’m using the spreadsheet and document apps that came with it. Other than that I’m very pleased.

This is the perfect laptop for every day use. The battery lasts days without having to charge and the display is large and bright.

I bought this Chromebook for my senior parents and it has performed pretty well. The large screen is great for visuals and the chrome operating system is pretty good for content consumption and the occasional browsing that they do. My only complaint however is the mediocre build quality of the laptop and it can be slow sometimes, however it still works well for their use.

My non-techy husband (a senior) uses a Chromebook every day to check email and banking, read the news, play sudoku, and watch the occasional video. I had noticed his old one was looking a bit rough, so I searched and found this ASUS 17.3" Chromebook as a replacement. The three reasons I purchased this model: are the great price, the huge screen, and the ASUS brand. When I unboxed it I wasn't disappointed. The build quality of this Chromebook is excellent. The metal case is attractive and sturdy. The screen size and the metal case do add to its weight though, and to me, that was immediately noticeable. It weighs 5.35 pounds which to some isn't much so it's probably me being picky. My husband didn't mind it, but I wouldn't choose if you plan on toting it around a lot. I fully charged it out of the box, then put in my husband's Gmail account, his password, and our Wifi password, and then like magic, it was set up for him to use with all the same bookmarks as his old one. Couldn't be easier to set up! The display is big with good resolution. The integrated camera is good for Zoom, and while it doesn't have an HDMI port, however, there are two USB ports. I wish this model had a backlit keyboard, and its specs are budget-level, but if you are looking for a big HD screen, a reliable brand, and a Chromebook's ease of use, it's a good option. NOTE: Be sure to take note of your model's serial number to register it with ASUS for the 1-year warranty.

Nice big screen does what you would expect super fast great for streaming but limited if you are expecting it to perform like a laptop

The Google Chrome operating system is hands off and extremely reliable with fewer worries about invasive bugs. I like the 17.3 inch screen and added functionality of the keyboard. It isn't a gamer's speed deamon but it opens websites and videos quite well. Simplicity has it's virtues. And Best Buy delivered on time...no hassels.

I Have No problems at all with my computer. Its HUGE! Easy to manage all my work.

I like how large the screen is. Runs wonderfully! Only dislike would be battery doesnt last the longest.

This has been the best gift for a senior family member (82). They love to surf the web and this Chromebook is a PERFECT device for them. The large 17.3" screen size is so nice for their eyesight and the colors are bright and vivid. The only negative would be that the keys are a little difficult for them to read. To fix this, we placed bold letter stickers on the keys. The letters of the keyboard are much more clear now - a simple and inexpensive solution! Because the screen is such a great size, we also were able to make the display settings much larger and it not only looks fantastic but is also very very easy on the eyes. No issues with the speakers - clear and loud for them to hear. I would recommend this device for basic tasks. It's very simple to use even if not tech savvy

The computer was the best value for my dollar formed at a high level and has just been a joy to owner. ASUS chromebook is perfect for our family. Affordable; bigger screen and long life battery.

This laptop extremely worth buying and waiting for everything was really convenient and easy 2 use sadly it was a chromebook which i wasn't paying attention to so i had to return it for new but if i could playr oblox on it like i wanted it would be going nowhere

The ASUS Chromebook was a great buy and does what I need it to do. The price was also really good!
