My daughter had saved her money for a while to buy one and finally we took her shopping to help her pick one out and pay for it and this was on an open box special. The product was in perfect condition. It had sticker residue on it which came off with some windex. We saved hundreds of dollars and were all satisfied. Would recommend and will return to purchase other open box items.
