Open box purchase, was in excellent condition as described. Performance wise, it does what I need it to, YouTube, email, social media. Excellent value!

I am very happy with my new 17 inch Chromebook. I have had 13 and 14 inch Chromebooks in the past. Generally they have had more powerful CPU's, Touchscreens, and in the $500 to $700 price range. I did my due diligence, and thought about what I really wanted as one who mostly just watches videos and what I really needed was a bigger screen. I saw this one on sale at $199.00 and way bigger than anything before and bought it. It is nowhere near the specs of my previous ones. Slower, not the fancy resolution like before, no back lit keyboard, and yes I do miss my touch screen for sure. But I love the size of the screen and I forget all that stuff! Recommended!

Very good laptop for this prize. It was a gift for my 87 years old father. He likes it. Easy to use, efficient and fast. All apps from Google play. Realy it is just big smart phone.

Fantastic computer-I love having a bigger screen. My students at school kind of teased me about how big it was, but it is perfect for me! I can type and use all my google apps and that’s exactly what I was looking for!

Impressive system. This was my first Chromebook and I must say - EASY AS PIE TO USE. The Asus frame is very solid and sturdy. Google works seamlessly and it's like having a giant phone with a big screen. Also, the Google updates go on for years which is one less thing to hassle with. Battery life is very impressive. I like everything about this Chromebook!!

This was an open box purchase for me which i do all the time. I have no issues or problems it works like it's brand new.

I love my computer the screen is perfect for my eyesight.....No more paper needed. Easy to manage all of my needs....AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT!!!!!!!!

My parents really enjoy the ease of use of this laptop and giant screen. It works quick for normal tasks such as browsing, paying bills, streaming videos etc.

This laptop has exceeded my expectations! It has awesome battery life, a huge screen, and responsive touch pad! I am very pleased for the price I paid vs what I got!

Not sure when I purchased, but chromebooks are great for basic computing. Not an apple or windows, but very capable for school and browsing.

My 7 year old love this computer! He finds jt very easy to use and can play game on it. The screen is big and very clear

Got this laptop for my Mom and she did not care for the Chrome operating system. I can't say I blame her. Quality laptop just not a fan of the operating system.

The chrome book works great. However, We did have to take it back and exchange it for a newer one. We were very disappointed when Best Buy shipped us an open box chrome book that was listed in excellent condition, however, it came with no charging cable, and would not turn on. The lady at the store was wonderful, and she corrected the problem with no issues at all. And we are very happy with the Chromebook and How Best Buy took care of it. I will definitely purchase more items from Best Buy in the future.

My son was amazed with the size of this computer since Chromebook’s are normally small . This computer works well . Battery life is excellent.

I find this laptop on sale. Easy to used. I didn’t expect to be big but its great laptop for beginners.
