I am very happy with my new 17 inch Chromebook. I have had 13 and 14 inch Chromebooks in the past. Generally they have had more powerful CPU's, Touchscreens, and in the $500 to $700 price range. I did my due diligence, and thought about what I really wanted as one who mostly just watches videos and what I really needed was a bigger screen. I saw this one on sale at $199.00 and way bigger than anything before and bought it. It is nowhere near the specs of my previous ones. Slower, not the fancy resolution like before, no back lit keyboard, and yes I do miss my touch screen for sure. But I love the size of the screen and I forget all that stuff! Recommended!

Open box purchase, was in excellent condition as described. Performance wise, it does what I need it to, YouTube, email, social media. Excellent value!

Very good laptop for this prize. It was a gift for my 87 years old father. He likes it. Easy to use, efficient and fast. All apps from Google play. Realy it is just big smart phone.

Impressive system. This was my first Chromebook and I must say - EASY AS PIE TO USE. The Asus frame is very solid and sturdy. Google works seamlessly and it's like having a giant phone with a big screen. Also, the Google updates go on for years which is one less thing to hassle with. Battery life is very impressive. I like everything about this Chromebook!!

Perfect device for the price... Love the large screen - a little heavy but built well to withstand drops (hope not) fast and easy to use (least for me) well worth it... God bless...

Fantastic computer-I love having a bigger screen. My students at school kind of teased me about how big it was, but it is perfect for me! I can type and use all my google apps and that’s exactly what I was looking for!

My parents really enjoy the ease of use of this laptop and giant screen. It works quick for normal tasks such as browsing, paying bills, streaming videos etc.

The chrome book works great. However, We did have to take it back and exchange it for a newer one. We were very disappointed when Best Buy shipped us an open box chrome book that was listed in excellent condition, however, it came with no charging cable, and would not turn on. The lady at the store was wonderful, and she corrected the problem with no issues at all. And we are very happy with the Chromebook and How Best Buy took care of it. I will definitely purchase more items from Best Buy in the future.

Good beginner laptop. Big screen size is a plus with google meet calls. Good quality sound (for the price). Decent battery.

Now that I have a larger screen I can stream videos and movies and see them so much more clearly than on my little laptop which had a keyboard that did not work any longer. My grandson helped me follow the directions to set up my Chromebook. And I have been enjoying not only the movies and videos but able to clearly read and send email messages. Though this older laptop model is heavy I don't mind setting it on a little mobile table to use comfortably whenever I need it. It suits my needs!
