It's heavy, it's big, but it is powerful. Not as powerful as it's desktop counterparts but powerful enough for most modern (NON VR) games. I've yet to have any real issues with it. the touch screen works well for games like Civilization but the keyboard has a ghosting problem. (this is something Asus fixed on the G752) if you are looking for something with enough power to survive a couple years in gaming this works well. otherwise i would recommend spending a bit more for the G752 or the G700.

I bought my son this computer for his school work. This computer had to be placed when it was two weeks old. Best Buy replaced it straight away. This was back in May of 2015. Now, for the exact replacement computer - 2 mother boards and 2 hard drives were replaced by Nov 2015. Best Buy once again replaced the computer with yet another ASUS model. This is now our 4th Asus gaming computer between April 2015 and Dec 2015. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!!!!

After using the computer for about a half hour (sometimes less) the screen starts going crazy. It acts as if someone (or 100 people at the same time) are touching the screen. In a web browser it would zoom in/out and click on random things very quickly and erratically. The only way to stop it is to restart the computer but it will only happen again shortly after it's restarted. Returning it today to purchase a different brand.

do not ever buy this brand i went to bb store 4 times every week to exhange this laptop i keep geting all this stupid defect laptop...same brand alll defect after a week always i keep getting the same problem its always says plugged in but not charging and i called asus costumer they keep saying to send the laptop to them and its only a week old would you let to fix right away your brand new laptop? come on?

Sweet computer, runs everything well and graphics are amazing for games

Out of box failure. Screen completely dead. Paid for high end hardware and would expect quality control. I recommend to buy in store only and fire it up before leaving to make certain you didn't receive a brick!

Purchased on Monday, returned on Wednesday. I was registering my product, the system showed " error your system needs to restart, screen went blaick and did not recover. Returned product.
