I've always had just "OK" experiences with laptops. This one has been incredible. The speed is great, the touchscreen is amazing, and it plays games quite well.

This is the 4th Asus product I have purchased and will be my last. I have purchased two laptops and two tablets. The first laptop and first tablet lasted less than two years before the problems I had with them led me to get rid of them. My current tablet which I have had about 6 months still works, but shuts off occasionally. The recent laptop had some problems right out of the box and I returned it immediately and switched to a Lenovo product. I know Asus has an excellent reputation which is why I kept trying, but my luck has not been good with them

The laptop works great. It has taken a little while to get used to the touch screen, but I like it.

I really enjoy this computer. It doesn't everhthing I need it to do and is fast and efficient!!

We were just browsing through the store looking at different computers and tablets,when "Wheels" asked if there was anything he could help us with. We explained our last computer purchase situation and he pointed out a better computer and recommended a few other things to get as far as security and virus protection. Overall very satisfied.

I really enjoy how compatible this is for all programs as I am a college student, the apps make life easy.. touchscreen amazing

sturdy laptop with bonus "tablet" feels a little big for a tablet but is very light weight and portable battery life is solid. keyboard while in tablet mode still responsive every now and again

If I could, I'd give this computer an additional 1/2 star, because it really is worth it. Good processing power, nice speed. Really, I'd give it five stars if it weren't for the keyboard under-light -- you can't turn it off all the way, and it turns itself on (to varying degrees) depending on how bright your surroundings are, which is a pain if, say, you're trying to watch a movie in the dark.

This laptop met all my needs. I like that it has a dvd player and the touch screen.

Was enjoying my first machine but after about 2 weeks it messed up and would not operate correctly. I took it back and got the same model and am watching it closely to see if it is going to last. I like it but am still leery...but hopeful because I do like it

I purchased it for work, but it's becoming my go to device. Asus makes pretty decent products, I used to be a big fan of HP but they are less reliable these days.

I really like how light it is. The tablet feature really comes in handy.

Although highly recommended by Best Buy Staff- Having many issues with the computer and programming. Including freezing, delays, and mouse disappearance.

My wife needed a laptop and we stumbled upon this one. The price wqs perfect and since we are both teachers it does exactly what we need it to and more.

There might be some other problem like software, but this unit occasionally looses the wifi signal when no others do. I like the lighted keyboard and the screen is big enough and well laid out.
