This laptop is quick and easy to use~ I'm not a laptop aficionado however was told what things I needed by a friend and he highly recommended Asus to me! I currently have this hooked up to a keyboard and bigger screen, but when I need to utilize it by itself, it's wonderful! ***The only thing I dislike is the power button. It is very finicky and decides when it will register or not.

I bought this laptop to run engineering programs (Autodesk) as well as play WoW, and while I’ve just about filled the storage completely, it runs so well! Also, when I want to relax in the dorm, I prop the computer up by flipping the screen around, and use my wireless keyboard and mouse to surf Netflix as well as other things. Great product, just wish it had higher storage but there are other similar options for a higher price

Laptop does what laptops are supposed to do. It's a mid range system. I took the system apart after cloning the 128 gb ssd to upgrade to a 500 gb, only to find that I couldn't find the ssd, however was very pleasantly surprised to find an empty sata slot and 2.5 inch hard drive caddy. I simply removed the screws from the bottom and gently pried off the keyboard. No screws under the feet. I didn't removed the ribbon cables, I have had bad luck in the past with them. The empty slot is under the right side, under the hand rest. 5 screws. I would suggest an ssd to keep the heat down. Don't think a drive more than 7mm would fit.

I bought this laptop to replace an old ASUS. I showed the salesperson the specs on my old one and told him I wanted at least the same but newer so he recommended this product. I started transferring all my files & programs and was shocked when it told me I had run out of storage. That's when I saw that this one only has a 128GB hard drive (guess I should have paid more attention). I went back to the store and they offered to exchange it for one with a larger hard drive but the ones with a bigger solid state drive are super expensive. So, instead, the salesperson recommended an external solid state drive. I'm not happy to not have all my photos on my laptop but since I rarely access them, the external drive was a good compromise. Other than the hard drive size, I'm happy with the new laptop and have had no issues. I do miss the back-lit keys on this ASUS but it's not a deal breaker.

This is THE best laptop I've ever had. It is so easy to use. I've had it since Oct 2019 and it's June 2020. The touchscreen is a game-changer, I love that it can be changed to a tablet, and I love the size. I want to buy another one for literally no good reason. You won;t regret buying this laptop and I got it refurbished. WORTH IT.

This is a great laptop for students, I use this laptop while running 5 applications at once and there is no lag. I have no problem with the power button, but i could see how it could be an inconvenience to some but once you get used to the power button it just becomes natural. Fast, reliable, lightweight, backlite keyboard, and many more feautures.

Finally retired my XP tower & took the laptop leap. The difference is like night & day. The ASUS 2-in-1 laptop charges quickly, runs fast, & in general makes me feel like Rip van Winkle waking up in the "future" compared to laboring on my antique computer.

I bought this computer as an open box in store... not a thing wrong with it. I didn’t think I would use the tablet style very much, but I definitely use it more than the computer style. Highly recommend this computer for anyone. I’ll also look through open box stuff more now.

Power button, It’s seems like you have to press it hard, it’s just very awkward. There is no cover for the keyboard it if you flip it in tablet mode, if there is one out there, I couldn’t find it. Very nice easy to use laptop. I bought for my 3rd grader,

Out of the box this boots up quickly and shuts down fast! Slim design and doesn’t feel cheap! Nice bright screen and the touchscreen is very responsive. I would definitely buy Asus again!

I only use this for school. It is easy to use and works efficiently. The battery does not last as well as I would it to but it is not a problem because I am always near an outlet.

this laptop has all the bells and whistles one needs. Has plenty of storage, touch screen and clear resolution. I would highly recommend it and great price too!

Being lightweight, portable, versatile as a tablet and taking to meetings, this ASUS has not disappointed. I am able to keep myself better organized and more current on all of my work. Thanks for a great product!

This is a good laptop. It's fast and have enough ram for it to be functional. The battery life is long enough to get through a day with light use. And it's quiet and have a decent build quality for the price

This ASUS 2-1 turned out to be a great upgrade. The conversion is a snap, it converts from laptop too tablet quickly. There is lots on the market, I chose this one for its features, reviews and price.
