Ive had this laptop for a month now and i loved it up until today. I received a windows update notification and i was like cool yo, let me eat some of moms posole while this updates and ill be right back. BUT! When I came back to check on the update i started to notice the taskbar had been burned in. the update screen is an all red screen which made it stand out and now i cant unsee it while i watch movies and play games. for a $1,500 laptop to have burn in on the first month of me having it is unacceptable. im a fan and upgraded from a K53E. i shelded out alot of money for this heap. the laptop runs hot while in tablet mode (which i never use anyway but like WHY THO?. games on medium to high is not gunna happen without making the pc run REALLY HOT. i kinda regret buying this laptop i shouldve bought a V8. we'll see what asus says in the morning. registering my product online was a nightmare.

Just started graduate school and need a powerful device. So far it works great for all my engineering classes. The quality it great and my programs run fast and there is no lagging

This laptop has it all, design, power and specs. Lightweight and still high on battery power with all the specifications. Has an i7 with lots of HDD, SSD and RAM capacity along with an nVidia Graphics Card. Love this laptop so highly recommend.

Its a great flexible laptop but it has its quirks. For example if you leave it on all night to upload some files to the cloud, in the morning the touch pad will not work. The asus cloud service isn't that fast and it's not easy to understand at first glance. The memory capacity is perfect for video lovers and anime fans a like. Though to view the 1080p files sometimes you will have to move it to the ssd. The touch pad is my greatest gripe. The keyboard is inviting and very comfortable. The performance seems on par with the price although if it were $200 less it would be perfect

I was looking for a laptop to use I my classroom and for personal reasons. I have taken this laptop on vacations - easy to transport. Very fast in uploading documents and media. Love how I can also utilize as a touch screen.

I searching one week to find big hard drive space and touch screen and finaly found this one its good and v good speed and light in good disinen.

Purchased this computer because of the specs, it has the best of both worlds with an SSD and a regular hard drive, plus a dedicated graphics card. It was a win-win for me given that I wanted something I could edit images on that was a little more robust than a tablet and didn’t have me sitting at a desk the entire time. I love the screen size and that I can flip it so it is like a tablet, but did not like fingerprints all over the monitor so I purchased the bamboo pen later. Overall it works as expected, like the Windows 10 environment and being able to customize the desktop. I would recommend and would purchase another one.

I’ve had this laptop for about a month now and absolutely love it. I use it both at work and have replaced my five year old desktop with it. I got a laptop docking station and it works great. It boots up super fast due to the solid state drive. The solid state drive makes all the programs respond ver quickly. I use the mechanical drive for storage only. The sound is great. The display beautiful. The only downside is if not plugged in the battery does not last long but I am using it for video embedded power points, YouTube, etc. I would definitely recommend this laptop.

I like this laptop everything is perfect , the screen 4k and work great, performance is butter but when you used for example video 4k or 8k on YouTube i see some lag but a little ,i think i'm not sure maybe need update video card software, the hard drives and capacity is great, fun for cpu is silent , i don't like mouse pad really not very good but if you used mouse everything is perfect

Powerful and easy to use. I have had it for about 18 months with no issues. Was well worth the price.

I enjoy this new laptop. It is powerful, easy to carry and intuitive. I love the new touch screen, and would buy it again.

The specs on this PC are perfect and very powerful. It has incredible memory and the graphics and processing power helps you finish any task you take on. Start up speed is quick. My only issue was the battery life. It seems to run out rather quickly (maybe about 2.5 hrs of intensive use?) but this is most likely because of the power the components use up.

This is an excellent laptop. It's fast, light, and the screen is magnificent.

This laptop is perfect it's everything I was looking for and then some. I had no idea it was touch screen and a tablet I was amazed, I love it, i bought it for simple gaming and a little more do this was a great buy, plus you gotta love 4k display lol it's legit!

This was a must buy for the games I play. This is the fastest computer I have ever owned. However I wish it came with more storage. But I don’t have a problem purchasing a external drive later. I have mainly purchase Apple products for the past year but there’s nothing like a new windows computer. The touchscreen feature works very well.

Looks great and performs strongly. The sandblasted aluminum finishing, the dedicated video card, and the 16 Gb of RAM make it a great laptop. The only downside to me is not being able to add RAM, but that's just that I usually do to my computers.

Fast, beautiful, and crisp images. Love the touchscreen and 4k picture is stunning. Hasn't given me any issues yet and I've had it for a month. The login using the camera works great.
