Purchased for son for college. He said it was a great laptop and really fast. Good battery life. Does not feel flimsy. No complaints so far, and he is very happy with this.

Overall I've had a positive experience with this laptop but there are 2 main flaws that drive me crazy. First, the placement of the power and volume buttons. The amount of times I go to adjust the volume and hit the power button by accident is ridiculous. I'll be in the middle of a video and have to wait to be able to hit the button again, login, then go back to the screen I was on while the video starts playing again as soon as the login screen comes up. I hate that design element. Second, this laptop replaces an old Toshiba laptop (RIP Toshiba laptops) but has the same brand of speakers as the old Toshiba. We thought they'd be good since they worked so amazingly well before. They aren't. Certain videos have to be paused if surrounding noise gets too loud (being in the kitchen or by a running washer and/or dryer) since the speakers aren't loud enough to hear what's said. Unless I can get away from the day-to-day noises in our apartment (minimal options available in our square footage), 100 isn't high enough. When it's quiet and they video's audio is good, there isn't a problem but, otherwise, it's a major let-down after the experience with the speakers in a Toshiba laptop.

Works great as computer with the RAM & HD LIKE IT should be. Great looking touch 4K screen or use as any laptop.This is my 2nd Asus and both 5 Star for me.

It took me a while to figure out which laptop was going to work the best for my multimedia project. I decided on this and it works pretty well for that I need it for...I am using to produce videos for my youtube channel Stories from the Bay. Ideally I would use an external monitor for Adobe Premier but given my mobile situation this works very well. The SD card port, HDMI output and the numpad come in handy.

Is a nice laptop. Works well for illustrations. It looks nice and is easy to use.

I HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPUTER. THE SOUND IS AWESOME, GRAPHICS INCREDIBLE. IT WAS SO GOOD, I BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE FOR MY HUSBAND.

Overall, the laptop is nice. Good build quality, specs and reasonable price. The downsides is that in my laptop, I have a line of yellow pixels on the bottom left corner of my screen. The battery life is subpar at Best, and termal throttling is very prevelent.

Love this laptop; would definitely purchase again. We’ve had it for about a month now and no complaints. Very happy we went with a touch screen.

I am SO happy that I spent the extra $$ to get this computer. The capabilities, speed & amazig screen picture were far above my expectations.

This is a great high end laptop. Well worth the price. Touch screen, fast, lightweight and room for lots of data and software.

I have no issues with this computer it is great for everything I want to do on it: Design, Music Production, and video editing.

I had vowed to never buy an ASUS computer after a warranty debacle with an ASUS gaming laptop purchased at BB, but when this open box computer showed up with $400 off, I bought it anyway. I use three monitors for software and with the NVIDIA graphics with the USB-c adapter runs the three monitors (Intel 600 series graphics would NOT). Had it for about 1.5 months so far and works well. Wife has had previous model (older i7 and two smaller drives) for two years, loves it and no issues.

This laptop is amazing. It's powerful, fast, has tons of storage and is easy to use. Its an excellent investment.

I needed more capacity plus a faster operating system than my previous laptop. This ASUS filled the requirements for me.

This laptop has enough memory, speed and hardware for all my projects. I'm not a huge gamer so what it has is all I need

First laptop since 2011! Wow!! So fast. Store everything in the clouds. Added a chip for GIS. Nothing too big now.

I absolutely love this laptop. It is very fast and I especially love the keypad. Glad I made the purchase.
