I've only had the computer one month. It has worked well to this point. I am NOT a hardcore computer user..... I have not had any problems with it at this time. HOWEVER...... I am VERY DISSAPOINTED with Best Buy as a company!!!! BB is using a different check clearing company. I have been purchasing from BB for YEARS using both personal and business checking accounts. Those accounts are 45 and 30 years old respectively! All of a sudden they will not accept checks from either of those accounts! I have had a total of ONE NSF check in each account..... both 5+ years ago!! If BB wants to continue to stay in business.... you may want to treat your customers better! I am re-thinking the business I have done with you.... and what I will do in the future!!

This is my first computer, and as a high school student I love it!! I saw the reviews and the computer definitely lived up to the expectations! Out of the box it was gorgeous, and it performs great! I use it for my online classes and have access to everything, including enhanced video editing capabilities, since the computer has a great graphic card! Love the Face ID! I would make sure to maintain the cloth that comes in the box, as the screen gets dirty quickly.

So many solid features. Great build. Great sound. Touch enabled. Only bad component is the laptop track pad response is touchy and I use a Bluetooth mouse to get around the fact I hate laptop track pads in general.

Best Buy Customer service made the purchase quick ans simple when I was in a hurry. The laptop is Sleek in design and a powerful machine. This is the third Asus laptop I have owned and they have all been very reliable machines

When I first bought this model, I brought it home and booted it up only to discover that the screen was messed up. I took it right back to Best Buy and they swapped it with a new, unopened laptop. Ever since, I've had no trouble. I like how fast and responsive the screen and interface is. I've also uploaded a 113GB of music and other media to the 2TB hard drive and have had no issues with latency or responsiveness. The look and feel of the laptop is also very nice. It is light weight and feels like high quality and is very sleek. I like having the number pad off to the side. I haven't had any of the track pad issues that other people have written about. The touchscreen is also very responsive. I've been very happy with this ASUS laptop and look forward to many years of use down the road.

I bought this laptop for my wife so she could continue to teach 5th grade remotely.... She loves it.. she is able to write on the screen in order to get the math concepts clearly across the wire to her students.

This Laptop was great for two years then some issues with shutting off and on , returned sent out to be fixed came back after two weeks had it a day and same problem was occurring again , luckley I had insurance and was issued store credit ,bought same one again and had a problem with frozen icon after having two weeks , retuned and bought something less expensive and smaller ..

This product is a great computer, solid, very fast product. This is the first ASUS product I have owned. It is everything as advertised and has worked great from day 1. It will boot up in just over one minute, unbelieveable.

I wanted to love and keep this laptop but there were just too many issues with it. Screen bleeding, trackpad sucked, battery life terrible when used in 4K. I couldn't justify keeping the laptop at the price they charge with all the defects it had. Step your quality game up ASUS.

This machine has got some of the best specs out there. A combination of an SSD and a traditional HDD to offer more than enough storage and performance for the average user. Absolutely satisfied with my purchase.

Let me preface by saying that this was the 7th ASUS product I have purchased. This is the third ASUS product that has failed me. The laptop started strong, has upgradable storage and memory options. Then the USB started acting up, taking upward of 40 seconds to recognize a USB device after being plugged in. This was livable. I could work around this. Then the wifi adapter went out (Intel 7560AC) and took the bluetooth with it since they share a chip. This was livable I put a USB adapter in the side and moved on. Did a clean reinstall of Windows today, thinking maybe just maybe I could get that wifi adapter working again. The laptop will now only boot to UEFI. It sees the 2 drives in it, but it will not boot to anything other than UEFI. I now own a 2 year old $1200 doorstop that is out of warranty. Would not recommend.

No expert here. Just wanted a quality product, sharp picture, sufficient power for a better price and I found it. Plenty of features. Nice looking exterior. Lit keyboard. The speaker is lacking but can always connect with a portable blue tooth speaker. Wish the battery lasted a little longer but I do run it to watch movies. Happy overall. I don't find myself to have regretted this purchase.

I am able to run multiple editing programs for both video and photography at the same time. An the memory storage wow!!! Weather you’re a seasoned editor or new to the scene. This laptop is worth every penny.

Plenty of memory, SSD storage for fast startup and program loading. 2Tb drive is great for additional storage. Touch screen works well and graphics card is top notch. This laptop surpasses all my expectations.

Got this computer on sale and it is amazing. Gets the job done. I use it for editing and uploading videos. It’s fast, quiet and doesn’t overheat

For work I need a laptop I could use before clients and demonstrate our services. This laptop starts up quickly and handles Graphics beautifully I would recommend

Bought the laptop for all purpose use. All around great product. 4k monitor looks amazing and its super fast processor makes it a breeze to use

This computer boots up quickly, and runs most apps really well. It struggles with video editing, but I think that will smooth out once I upgrade the RAM. The only real gripe I have is the audio has some feedback/distortion. Really at this price point audio should be good! Software updates and reloading the drivers haven't helped. I don't have time to send it in so I'll have to live with it.

So far this laptop is super easy to use and has a very quick start up. Touch screen makes working with this computer super easy and it has plenty of memory to last us for quite some time
