Very nice Chromebook. Solid screen despite only 250 nits of brightness. Great sound from the speakers. Nice velvety feel of materials. I only wish it had a 3:2 aspect ratio with fingerprint sensor. Maybe next year? Is a camera privacy shutter too much to ask for as well? Caution: This device is VERY heavy!

This is a high quality Chromebook with a number of nice features. It has a great keyboard, track pad and screen. I like that there are USB-C ports on both sides so it is convenient to power up no matter where the plug is. The number pad is convenient to key in digits and even has page up and page down keys. The fan is not always on and is not too loud when it does run. Since Google will support this until 2029, I'm sure that I will be happy with it for almost a decade.

I had an entry level Acer chrome book. After a key broke, I needed a replacement. I was graciously gifted this as an upgrade. Oh my goodness, what an upgrade. The backlite key board is amazing. I forget the screen is a touch screen. The screen is large and very clear. Much faster processing. I am not using this lap too for anything too Intense, but it is more than I was expecting from a chrome book.

I have two of these. The first one operated so well that we bought a second one. It's large, but we wanted a larger display and, because of the specs, we could run Linux applications if wanted. We don't need to because there is so much available in the Android universe and in the cloud. It's a third of the price of my current computer and will last twice as long. An easy purchase decision.

This chromebook has it all. Laptop size screen, touch screen, smooth and quick, backlit keyboard, spin to tablet mode. I am very impressed with this Chromebook. I bought it for my daughter to play Roblox and other games on and do her school and she loves it. I often still it from her because I love it too! Would highly recommend!

I found this product as an open box deal. The product was practically new - not a scratch on. I actually think that maybe it was just opened by accident, or maybe someone received it as a gift and just returned it without ever setting anything up. I was very happy with this product, and the price was great!

User friendly, super fast and the keyboard is smooth and quiet.

I have been very happy with my Chromebook. Make sure you understand the capabilities of a Chromebook before you purchase, as there are some differences in what the Chromebook can do. But for my basic school work and needs it has been a great laptop. I also love that I can connect it to my pixel phone, makes my life easier!

Amazing product and Amazing service as well as customer support. I just walked in and love how helpful best buy staff was. This Chromebook is worth the money. I use it for all my business endeavors and it's amazing. Asus premium Chromebook will not let you down and if you can I would buy the protection plan as well since your investing into a piece of hardware that can change your life. All the features are amazing and if your worried about space then you can insert a sd card for extra storage and/or plug in a external hard drive so added storage as well as purchase even more cloud storage as well. I love that it's touch screen and that you can flip it and use it like a tablet. I have already started setup for my affiliate marketing and have setup for all my future investments like stock and crypto as well as have a ledger and what's also amazing is that it stores all your super complicated passwords so that you can log into with ease so you can go ahead and make that super hard password while making easy to instantly log back into. Guess what I only had it for a day and already have some much setup and ready to go in no time.

This laptop has carried me and my wife’s lif for the last year and a half.

I was shopping for a chromebook for trading stocks/crypto on the go, main reason was the battery life. When I saw this how nice this ASUS unit was, I decided to fork out the extra cash and give it a try, I never thought I would spend this kind of money on a chromebook. I am about 4 months into this now, I have no regret on buying this, my only regret was that I wish I had discovered this sooner. This ASUS Chromebook had became my daily driver, I was able to use Excel via OneDrive/Office Online. Not long after that I found out that there are a lot of apps out there for the ChromeOS that can substitute my PC desktop software when I am on the go. Photo editing, Video Editing, even vector drawing. So now I have a laptop that can almost do it all on the go.

This is a really fast Chromebook with a large and bright screen! Speed My favorite feature of this Chromebook is the speed! This thing is fast! One thing I like about Chromebooks is that decent Chromebooks are fast - the startup, shutdown, sleep, wake, and browsing are all very snappy. Everything is just fast and smooth. This one is by far the fastest Chromebook I've used. I ran a browser based performance test and somehow this 11th Gen i3 beat a 10 Gen i7 that I have. This Asus 2-in-1 was 2/5ths faster than the i7! The i7 was running the latest version of Chrome in Windows. Besides that the disk performance seems very fast for a Chromebook. 128GB of storage is very generous for a Chromebook and they didn't cut corners on the speed of that storage. It launches large apps quickly, where I'm used to waiting longer on other Chromebooks. I'm not saying this will be faster than an i7 in general but this Asus 2-in-1 Chromebook is faster in at least one browser based benchmark than my i7 Windows laptop. It feels very fast when web browsing and when running Android apps. The 8GB of RAM is generous for a Chromebook and I'm sure that helps things stay smooth as well. Design I really love the 2-in-1 form factor for Chromebooks because they run Android apps and many of those work better on or are designed for use in a tablet form factor. It's great having the huge screen too. Some may not like the fact that the outside of it is plastic but I actually like that in mobile devices because it doesn't interfere with radio signals like Bluetooth and WiFi. I love the fact that Chromebooks in general are low maintenance, they mostly take care of themselves. Updates are fast and almost transparent after the initial setup. The fact that this one is extra fast, compared to Chromebooks that I've used, is a bonus. You can charge it from either USB-C port and there is one one each side near the back. It's really handy having a charging port on either side! The keyboard has a great feel. Love a back-lit keyboard. It's very easy to read in the dark, I'm actually typing in the dark now. They keys have a great feel to them. The size and travel of they keys feels good. Besides the large screen itself, a benefit of having the large screen is you get a numeric keypad on the side too. The keys on the numeric keypad are a little smaller than the others, very noticeably, but it's still very usable and better than no keypad. Screen The large screen gives me a large amount of screen real-estate and touch-friendly buttons. Besides spreadsheets, which are great with a larger screen like this that doesn't require scaling, it's also great for some other things like app versions of board games. In other words, the screen is big enough that it's easy to touch buttons without losing the benefit of the high resolution. The screen is bright with excellent viewing angles from all four sides. The colors look rich and accurate. Sound This Chromebook has Harman/Kardon audio. Music I listened to sounded as good or better than other laptop I've listened that supposedly have some kind of special audio. I wouldn't say it sounded like it was surround sound but the sound was full and rich for a laptop. The volume was good too. The speakers fire out the front right sides at an angle and bottom. Battery Life The battery life of this Chromebook is great! I'm used to getting good battery life from Chromebooks and this Asus 2-in-1 is no exception. I have noticed that a cooling fan seems to run fairly often but I've still been getting excellent battery life in spite of that. Overall I love the speed, battery life, and large screen of the Asus 2-in-1! It's so quick and easy to pick up and use and with the low maintenance of a Chromebook there are few interruptions and they're short when they come. It's useful for a large percentage of my computing needs and very convenient!

Good computer for a high school student. My daughter is a sophmore and really enjoys the features on theis computer. The screen foldsback for touchscreen mode or regular for the keyboard. The processor is quicker than her previous chromebook and can handle many applications. Good quality. I definitely recommend this product for students.

This computer has been one of the best one i had ever !

On the first full day of use, the fan has started a horrible rattle noise. It sounds as if it has come to lose or has no lubricant in it to help with being in different positions. I can only work with it for 30mins at a time before the fan sounds as if it's rubbing and rattling. The Chromebook has been a blast to play with though. Both with its nice sized touch screen and the full ability to flip either way to one's desires is a wonderful touch. Yet, the fan noise and being a constant noise has become an issue I wish to pursue to fix being as I've only owned it for a day and a half.
