Used to perform complex excel and ms access analysis and it worked pretty well. Battey lasts well if you stop the windows 10 superfetch process.

I just bought this laptop a few days ago based on the reviews. So far for me, it has been extremely slow and sluggish. It's not just my internet speed (just did a speed test where it clocked over 100 mbps) but it is all the time. It takes a long time for the windows store to respond.. If I try to open Word, it takes over 30 seconds to do so. I have an appointment with Geek Squad in a couple of days so hopefully they can find the issue.

The touch screen feature with the addef stylus works well for sharing info with other stifents and for anotating literature work.

I love my new laptop specially the touchscreen and the color the price was reasonable perfect size and perfect for the kind of work I want to perform on it thank you very much

Touch screen very useful Fast too In the budget price range

Upgraded from my 7 year old HP and asked a Best Buy employee to help me find a new one. Employee was very helpful and I ended up with this ASUS which is fast and has all the features I need. Very happy with my purchase.

Was browsing the laptop section and having a hard time finding something I liked. Toured the open box section and found this laptop. Normally $800, I got it for $550. Figured it was a good deal. I've been having some issues that are minor but worth noting. Whenever using the headphone jack, it takes a minute for a box to come up asking if you inserted headphones or a microphone. It uses the jack for both. So you need to wait for the box before you can start listening on headphones. Slightly annoying. For an i5 7th gen processor, it doesn't handle multitasking all that well. When I started using it I was running a Microsoft Office download, file transfer from an old hard drive and browsing Google Chrome. It barely handled those tasks together. It really slowed down. I've read some reviews on the keyboard. I don't see any issues. The feedback isn't super strong but I don't mind. The keys are more of a soft touch, if that makes sense. So far, for the price I paid, I'm satisfied. I don't do much besides surf the internet and occasionally use Microsoft Office.

Works good, no problems at all. Only thing is, where's the num lock light? OK, I'm tired tonight. I've been an engineer in the computer business for over 30 years and have built multi hundreds of desktops for field testing and general customer support. Something with this much speed is amazing compared to what we had only a few years ago, it's really nice. And reliable.

I love everything about this laptop. I can type up notes and also draw in pictures with the notes. this makes it so much easier to take notes whether, i type them or write them with the pen.
