I am an avid Asus fan and have owned many. With that said, I fee as if this model was a culmination of things that didn't go right for a higher end model. Although this device does have ample ram a ssd and an I5 it still seems to be on the slower scale of things. The expectation is that it should be as fast as it's specs and it is not. The main factor in not returning is the price was right and all beit slower than it's specs, it is faster than others. I give this a 3 because it should be as fast as it's specs and it is not and with a ssd, 12Gb of ram and an I5 it should be humming right along not stumping along.

this was purchased for my daughter in college. She loves that it transforms to a tablet or laptop easily. She loves the lightweightness and all the useful options.

Definitely it was a good choice. It has everything I needed: enough memory, touch screen with great resolution, lightweight and with number pad.

The laptop is the fastest I've ever owned, very happy i took the agents advice. It's a perfect working machine, loving it everyday.

Wife and I were looking to replace our old HP computer with a 2-n-1 with a solid state drive. This ASUS hit all the marks including having a 10-key pad in a 15.6" screen, you generally don't get that unless you are buying a 17" screen, this was bonus cause we got used to having a 10-key on our previous laptop. Wife love the feel of the keys, I love how quickly it responds and how fast it boots up in mere seconds! For the price, you can't beat it!!

Bought this for business use. Specs were perfect for intended purpose. It is extremely fast, and I love having a fingerprint pad for unlocking.

Bought my adult daughter a HP from another store. After she had multiple problems with it, and after taking it back 2 times to have it fix, I asked her if she wanted to take it back and we could find another laptop or 2-1. She finally conceded that it wasn’t going to be fixed correctly, so we returned it. We went to Best Buy and found this gem for a great price and rest is history. No problems and she couldn’t be happier.

This computer has been better than expected. It has very fast and i havent had any issues running the tools i use on a daily basis.

This is our third Asus computer and it a great addition to our office. It performs wonderfully and has all the features we asked for.

Love the touch screen option and solid state hard drive. First time purchasing this brand and I am very impressed so far.

This computer works for both personal use and office use. Is used daily for everything and so far no problems at all

My wife liked the speed of the computer but she took it back because it didn't have a lot of storage.

So far this laptop has been an easy crossover from my previous one. It's small, lightweight and easy to operate.
