No complaints

Right now I am only using it for basic things like internet browsing and streaming, but in the fall when I start grad school I will be able to see how it handles a higher workload. So far I have absolutely nothing negative to say about it!

That would be the same as any other Windows machine. Had to look up how to separate the sections...that would've been helpful to have a simple quick setup card included for that.

When it was determined it was beyond repair they were extremely helpful in finding a new compatible laptop to replace it. I got a terrific deal and am very happy with my new laptop.
