I purchased this laptop for my daughter to run CAD software. This laptop has a fast enough processor to keep up with her as she designs and is slick and light enough to carry in her book bag

This is a great alternative to an iMac, if you're looking for a Windows-based solution for video and photo editing. The sharp screen, i7 processor, and graphics card work together to make editing a breeze, and the 2TB hard drive provides you with more than enough space to store all your media.

Still early in the life of the machine, but it is running well with no crashes yet. I have yet to really use it for any taxing applications like gaming with high graphics or video editing.

Very nice laptop with backlit keyboard and ten key pad. It's very easy to operate and use, The Geek Squad tech support has been very good. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.

The laptop is all round pretty good, but the hard drive could be better. Only a 5400 rpm, so I am changing out for solid state drive.

I had read some reviews and gotten some information from others about this brand. I'm pretty happy with my purchase. So far no problems, but I have only had it for about a month.

This product meets my personal requirements, but the time and date have both gotten incorrect--so I have to correct them--frequently, like 3 times in the last week. I took it in to the Bust Buy Geek Squad and was told that time and date can get incorrect when Windows 10 gets updates on Tuesdays. But on Friday and Sunday, too? I was also told that if time and date get off more frequently, bring it back in. I don't know if this is a hardware or software problem. The computer was an Open Box (refurbished) purchase.

This is fast system and has been very good in all business aspects. As someone who is a heavy numbers cruncher and on the road a lot with public speaking. This holds up to heavy use and a long lasting battery.

Returned because the screen vibrated. Still believe in ASUS, just got a bad screen. Hated that I had to send it in for the repair, but they got it back sooner than anticipated.

This laptop has been my Best Buy at Best Buy. Looks clean. Fast, great graphics, nice keyboard. Touch works amazing. Best lap top I have ever had. Completely recommend it.

Although Windows 10 was a bummer to learn, the computer seems great. I was attracted to the dedicated graphics card, the smart screen, and 2 terrabites of memory. Dwight the manager at San Tan Gilbert Az was our favorite part of the experience. What a great guy!!!!

Laptop works like most laptops, nothing too high tech about this one. I like the faster boot up speeds then my old and touch screen works better then i thought.

ASUS makes top of the line products for laptops, and this is a fantastic laptop that will last for years to come.

I use this for a lot of graphic intensive photo processing programs and have not been disappointed. Good unit for the price and no problems to this point.

I am an on line gamer and wanted a laptop with a dedicated graphics card to enhance my experience. I couldnt afford the top of the line laptop. This Asus has worked flawlessly for over 6 months now and has proven to be as good as top of the line.

I love this laptop. I've always had a good experience with Asus computers and I believe I will be happy with this laptop as with my other Asus pcs. It can easily handle my musical production and other activity as well. Excellent laptop for the money.

Everything is awesome on this machine ..except the power button location and the fat that for the price it d8dnt come with an ssd.. otherwise fantastic

Made the decision to get this laptop because of its 12 gigs of ram, I7 processor, and the fact that it had an optical drive. Only complaints are reserved for Windows 10. It seems impossible to put the laptop to sleep without it waking up every few minutes to do who know what. The only way to not drain the battery nightly is to turn it off or hibernate it.

This computer was easier to set up than a PC I previously purchased for my spouse. My son who works in IT recommended this model and it has truly lived up to all that he told me and everything I read about it. I am very pleased with this computer.

Love this computer! I was looking at an HP Envy which had a screen way to big and was 200$ more expensive then was referred to this one which as the same if not better specs than the one I was previously looking at, thank you BEST BUY!!!
