Purchased laptop due to the Titanian case. Extensive traverse. All the bells and whistles worked as advertised. Easy to set up and get operational. This is my second Asus laptop (4 yrs. Service) which is why I purchased another.

Bought this for our college-age daughter. Seems to address her needs. the price jumped, seemingly for no reason, so that was disappointing.

works well except for graphics software. it sometimes fails and restarts itself. other than that it fit my needs for my limited budget.

Got this laptop a month ago. So far so good. But have some problem with display driver. The laptop hangs when the FB videos are playing.

Purchased this online and the results were superb! Unbelievable speed, incredible memory, everything about this laptop is far better than advertised. Really don't look at anything else, there is simply no need too.

Bought this as an upgrade for my 15 year old daughter. It was easy for me to get all set-up and ready for her to download her apps.

The laptop is good for my needs, but I have had several instances of it freezing up on me. It also seems to have Windows 8 issues.

Good laptop. Touch screen is nice. Cant play bluray movies. Great display. Have to play fallout 4 on minimum settings though.

First Asus I purchased had start up issues, returned it for another one with no problems. Best buy stood behind the product.

Had issues connecting to my home WiFi, good thing I purchased a 1yr Geek protection plan. The fixed the issue over the phone.

I needed a computer for music, photo editing and building websites and this has been the perfect product. It came recommended from the gentleman who helped me in the store and it turned out to be a great product!

I got this laptop as a gift for my cousin who is a mechanical engineering major. He used it for some hardcore designing stuff and loves it for performance.

Easy set up and easy to navigate and the "my little helper" function works well. Works well with Windows 10. Watched several movies on this computer and the graphics and speed made viewing very enjoyable

To begin with, I am not a top notch computer person. The first unit I purchased ended up being a bad unit. They replaced it with a new one, but I had to go through everything all over again to set it up and I am still having difficulties. My last computer was more simplified to work and set up for new things. This has been a stressful purchase. In the long run, I know it is a good purchase.

Seems to be a solid, no nonsense machine - quality fit and finish. So far it's done everything I've needed it to do!

I like the waterproof and shatterproof features. The case is designed really well and looks good on the phone.

Was looking for a good laptop for my wife to use casually and something I could do some light gaming on while we travel. This laptop fits the bill for that and will last my wife for years.
