Very smooth operating suites all my needs. Love the touch screen feature on it also helps with power point features straight from my laptop.

Excellent computer, fast. Battery seems to last between 6-8 hours on a full charge, depending on what I have open and what I am working on. Overall, good computer and price for what it offers.

Purchased this laptop as a Geek Squad Certified. Easy to use. Love the lighted keyboard. Graphics are incredibly clear and sharp. Have only had it three months now, so no problems so far.

I've been very happy with the Asus so far. There is a gremlin regarding the dual graphics adapters though. I read about this prior to buying it and sure enough I see semi-frequent "graphics adapter has encountered an error and has recovered messages". Only seems to happen on certain websites. I've made sure everything is up to date, no improvement. I'm working with Asus support to resolve, but still occurs. Not a bid deal, just annoying.

I purchased a Tab A and had to have it repaired. The earphone jack quit working. It did that a second time at which time I exchanged it for another one. The only thing I don't like about the Samsung tablets is that when you hold them in portrait view, there is little room for your thumb and it can touch the screen causing it to move and sometimes open something it touched. Other than those two things, I think it is a good device.

Reading a review earlier, I felt compelled to write a satisfactory review for this laptop. Like any software program, it must be tailored to your needs. Out of the box is stock, you must change settings as necessary. If you are not capable of customizing your laptop or researching (uhh...google!) how to make changes, you should not be able to write a review on a very good product. 12 gigs of ram, NVidia 940m graphics (not the most amazing card, but great on many platforms), 2 TB of storage (wow), i7 processor...and much more. I pulled this out of the box, added everything I could ever need, and I feel that this will adequately handle anything I throw its way. This is not a serious gaming laptop, which is fine as I'm not a gamer. I'm a business professional that got everything I needed and more. To those that may find this laptop to be unsatisfactory, you are using it incorrectly. If you want lightning speed, spend more money. If you want a great multitasking machine for business and personal, look no further. I am pleased with my purchase and you will be as well. Learn what you need and want, then research and buy. Don't buy and complain that you selected the wrong product.

Great computer. Can use both keyboard and screen. Keyboard lights up for easy use in low light.

My son is using this laptop for his freshman year in college...thus Asus easily runs his cad program and is very fast and functional...great product...highly recommended...

This machine is absolutely phenomenal. It is beyond all my hopes for what it could, should and would do. This machine has twice the storage of anything that I could find.

I've had display rendering problems with integrated graphics when disconnecting an external monitor during presentations. A dedicated graphics card solved that problem.

Bought this for graduate school courses, expecting a product that would easily handle the programs required for the engineering course work. I took it back within 2 weeks because it continually experienced display driver errors, MUP_FILE_SYSTEM errors, and could not keep time (in April 2016, it indicated that the date was July 2016). Best Buy replaced it in a one-for-one exchange and I took the 2nd one home with high hopes. Since then, I've been online with ASUS Tech Support numerous times, the computer still can't keep time (off anywhere from hours to days, although not months this time), and still experienced display driver errors. ASUS directed me to RESET my brand-new laptop to see if that resolved the issue. Since then, no display driver errors but the computer still can't keep time and I've had to restart the computer a few times due to the keyboard and touchpad not responding.. I bought an ASUS because a coworker and fellow graduate student highly recommended ASUS. Personally, I'm pretty disappointed in the purchase. One last word: whoever designed the placement of the on-off button made a poor choice from a design and user interface standpoint..

Computer is great. The processing speed is quick, the graphics are excellent, and connectivity effortless. I love the keyboard with keypad. So far it has been easy.

This laptop was a replacement for the M/S Edge I had that was recalled. I have had to have this unit replaced due to the systems in the first one having some sort of problem. I have also had this unit back to Geek Squad twice already in a very short time, less than three months, for malware issues and loading systems that were not included with the new unit. Like having to load a program to run dvd's or cd's on the drive unit that comes with the laptop. Seems very lacking in the manufacturing of this lap top with a cd driver and nothing to operate it with without purchasing the needed drive program!

Perfect laptop for school, business and gaming. No issues or concerns to report. The touch screen does need frequently cleaning but that is about the only complaint.

Perfect laptop that meets all of my needs. This is my first laptop of which I love.
