Found this as an open box item. Well worth the price.

Pricey compared to other options, you name it it had it, almost. Unfortunately it has a built in battery, which means when the battery dies you have to take the computer apart and possibly unsolder the old battery to put the next one in. Not good! It does come with a CD/DVD player burner which most new laptops are missing.

Nice still has dvd/cd drive ...super fast processor

i bought this computer for work and its quite good. my only complaint is that the on/off button is front left side and is often accidentally hit when moving laptop. i would much prefer this on the top where it would not be accidentally touched.

I like every thing about the new laptop. The touch screen is a fun feature.

I like the computer. It was fairly easy to set up and get running. But it randomly goes to sleep and when it starts again the date has changed. I am also having a little trouble with the card reader.

Excellent for the price. A ton of memory compared to other laptops in same price range, easy to get started, easy to install programs. I have had a few glitches when turning on but does not last and has not happened many times. Mainly using for school at the moment but will be doing photoshop on here as well.

I love my laptop so much, it works perfectly. If you need a laptop to game, this one is a good cost effective one. It does get hot fast, but as long as you have a computer fan you are good. Love that I can use it as a tablet also. Thank you Best Buy employee for helping me find exactly what I was looking for

I had the same problem others have had. This computer is frequently slow on the internet. Other computers in the same house are doing fine with the same service. The computer has frozen several times while on the internet. Other than that it has been a good computer. It has been fast for game playing.

This laptop is light, efficient, super fast and Convenient. I like that it is practical and has great memory.

Needed a laptop to play games while traveling overseas. Has met all hopes and requirements. Great graphics!

This is a super laptop! SO FAST and clean, clear pictures. Very, Very happy with this laptop! Great purchase.

The laptop is pretty awesome. It folds back, nice touch of the keyboard, and Cortana is amazing. The only downside I find is that if you are in laptop mode, sometimes it is hard to use the touch screen feature near the top border of the page. This computer is definitely designed for the internet!

I want to start by saying this is a great laptop. I can really see clear images, and there isn't a lag with my games. Also, the fact that it has a CD drive makes it really awesome. [ so few now a days has that feature, it's an extra cost] the space is great and speed. However, I notice that the touch screen feature seems to be haunted! The first time I witness the screen being tapped on by an unknown force, I was livid. Especially with it only been a week since I purchased it. I found a quick fix by disabling the touch screen. However; after start up it seems to enable touch screen agai . The problem continuously happens. Other than that it's great!

this is becoming the very best computer I have owned. fast, lots of memory and great resolution. love it.

Great laptop, combines serious needs of PC and present day innovative highlights, such as touch screen

I purchased this laptop after 3 HP laptops crashed. Information provided to me by Best Buy staff was very useful in my final decision. This has been an exceptional laptop so far. I am very impressed by Asus. I purchased this as an open box product and the value savings was well worth it.
