I took a chance on this monitor, as I normally like to see things in the store to compare against other products. As this was an online purchase only, I had to rely on other reviewers. I chose Best Buy because the price was only about $5 more than other sites, and because I could return it to a local store if I had issues with the monitor. The setup was easy, and the monitor fit in the hutch space on my desk...barely. The stand is a bit wobbly, as others have mentioned, but it is not a major issue. The tight fit in the hutch actually helps in this regard. The colors are vibrant, and the screen is very bright (immediately turned the brightness down to 50% and it is still bright enough). I was lucky to have no visible dead / stuck pixels. The controls and menu are not the easiest to navigate, but once I set it up, I didn't anticipate needing to change settings often. Overall, the monitor performs well. I play a few games and haven't noticed any ghosting (no FPS's at this time). I haven't truly looked hard, but a quick calibration routine didn't show anything obvious. For the price, this is good deal, and I am happy with my purchase.

This is a great monitor for a great price. It is just the right size and have a great display. The IPS makes it have great viewing angles and the slim factor means it can be moved easily. The picture quality is fantastic and the price is great.

MAT SCREEN IS OUTSTANDING. NO ADJUSTMENT REQUIRED. PERFECT OUT OF THE BOX. NEEDS INSTRUCTION SHEET. HAD TO CALL TECH SUPPORT TO SELECT HDMI INPUT. HOLDING SWITCH DOWN FOR AT LEAST 10 SECONDS IS NOT OBVIOUS!

It really did have an amazing picture for a few weeks, but even then, someone would walk by my (big, heavy, solid) desk, and the screen would wobble madly, to a point you couldn't see what was on screen. Even if mine was a lemon, you'll have this issue. Just over the standard BB return period, a vertical line appeared that wouldn't go away, generally green. I contacted ASUS, and they said the monitor was bad. 100% of the ASUS products I've purchased have gone bad, and I take care of my things far better than the average user.

Love the Asus line of products. This monitor is sharp and clear.

moving from a regular lcd monitor, this is much brighter (so have to tone the brightness abit down) and the colors are so much more vibrant. Love it! the skin tones look way better. Love the best buy price match guarantee too. Good job Best Buy!

I needed to replace a Samsung monitor that I had been using with my Asus laptop, so decided to try the Asus monitor. Works well - only complaint might be it is a bit wobbly. I have in a permanent position on a desk so don't notice it too much, but it is definitely not quite as "secure" as the previous monitor.

The monitor is great. However, Best Buy's service was lousy. They said it shipped and even sent a tracking number. I tried tracking it for a few days and it never appeared in the carrier's tracking system. I had to contact one of Best Buy's VPs to get the issue resolved.

I researched this monitor before purchasing it and knew the stand wasn't great. The monitor itself has a great picture. If you plan on mounting this be aware all the ports on the back come straight out, including the power.

I have owned this monitor for a few weeks now and loved it so much, I bought a second one. I use my computer a lot (8 hours+) per day, and this monitor is so clear with good brightness that my eyes don't hurt from use.

Wanted a second monitor to mount next to another 23 inch Asus monitor. The two side by side is a wonderful set up to edit photos in Adobe Lightroom.

A good, simple to set up, IPS Full HD monitor. Calibrate the display brightness to 35. Matte finish is great if you work in a bright environment.

Have had this monitor for about 4 months now and it is working well. The picture is clear with good contrast. For the large screen size it was a good price.
