I bought this for my job, because I was told it would have a better frame rate than my old monitor. I’m actually very surprised by the difference. My job is much easier now. Even my games look smoother.

This item fits on my son's 40X24" desk and is the perfect size. The graphics are amazing and he prefers playing his playstation on this monitor over his 42" flat screen that also has great detail. A+ for its function.

It’s only been a week, but so far so good. No complaints. The colors seemed slightly off till I did a display calibration from the PC. It’s a nice size. And super bright compared to our old display.

This monitor is absolutely incredible! I would most definitely recommend this to friends and family. If you are a true gamer, you will understand the importance of 144hz. It will absolutely change the way you play and see everything you do.

Just started getting heavy into PC gaming and I was told by a friend that I needed to go to 144hz if I was going to play competitive shooters. Since purchasing this I have gone up insane ranks in Overwatch just switching to 144HZ. You have to calibrate the colors as out of the box everything is pretty unnatural and bland. Once calibrated this monitor is incredible. The stand is also super nice BUT I installed it on a monitor mount because it just didn't go high enough for my liking.

Picked this up saturday, luckily it was on sale for $100 off. After initial setup, was hitting 132fps in Overwatch on high settings. Using a i7-6500u with a Gtx 960 and 16gbs ddr3. I was using an 60hz IPS previously and not used to monitor being this smooth and bright, had to turn the brightness down a bit as I'm not used to it. The bluelight setting works well, but I wanted to use it with the true colors.

After 5 years with the Asus 21" monitor, I'd figured it would be time to upgrade to a new monitor. I decided to stay with the Asus brand because of the quality. After receiving the VG248QE, the original setting had the colors washed out so I had to do a bit of some research online to see what other settings people were suggesting. Now, everything is fine and the 144hz rate is such a big difference, you can really tell how smooth it is when you are playing video games. I love it!

Anyone looking for a excellent monitor for a gaming pc but don't wanna spend a ton of money then this monitor is for you.

This is my first monitor that I have ever purchased. I use it for my Xbox One and I could not be happier. Extremely easy setup, great picture quality, and built in speakers!!! I highly recommend this to any gamer
