If you are looking for a low cost monitor with a larger screen size, the Asus is a good choice.

I got this for my grandson, who's 11 and a gamer. He was blown away by the size and my daughter was amazed by the clarity.

The picture is really good, and for gamers the 1ms response time is great. The speakers are horrible though, I use headphones which elimate this problem for me

If you are ok with the resolution limit of 1080p, 1920 x 1080 then this is a good monitor for the price. It comes up as Ancor Communications when use HDMI in the NVIDIA control panel but shows as VS278 in the Devices and Printers control panel (but with properties of Generic PnP Monitor). Picture quality is very good. I bought this for a 2nd monitor though and it's a bit different since my older LCD monitor isn't the same ratio (1920 x 1200) so a bit odd when moving items between monitors due to the difference in display height - something to think of with new monitors.

I use this for both my external display for my Surface Pro 3 and also for Xbox gaming and it looks, and works flawlessly.

I use primarily as an extra monitor for graphic art and as a gaming monitor , works great for both. love it so far.

This screen is so amazing. There is ZERO lag and the images are crisp and stunning and the size just makes it better. BestBuy had such a good deal on this when I bought it, too!!

This 27" monitor has nice and sharp pictures. Unlike some other monitors that would "stretch" the screen sideways, this one doesn't do this. Good for home and office use.

Would reccomend to eveyone. Very thin and lightweight and excellent ASUS quality and price. Love it.

I bought the monitor for playing video games. I used the laptops for 15 years and I thought 27" monitor will be too big, but it's a great size for playing games or just searching on internet. The picture quality is very good, as well as nice colors and contrast. So far I did not have any issues.

Overall I thought that this monitor was great. With the built-in speakers, the monitor is the perfect size to hook up your xbox or ps4.

This monitor is great. I have had no problems with this monitor.

A very fast monitor, but the menu navigation using the under-panel buttons is atrociously unintuitive, and I never found the right combination of settings to get a decent picture. Colors aren't great, blacks aren't great, brightness is pretty low. Decent choice if you just want a budget monitor that's fast and responsive for gaming, but you're not too bothered over a realistic image re-creation

If you're looking for a quality monitor for everyday use, this is a good option. While not a high performance gaming monitor, this is a fraction of the price and provides a bright and clear image.

I love the 27in screen I do not have to wear my glasses as much which I love The monitor has speakers and many other features which I have not tried yet size from a 24 to 27in is a big difference

This Asus monitor is a great addition to any office or gaming rig. The refresh rate is outstanding! The speakers though are not great at all, they sound distorted and do not produce a high quality audio. The stand can be a little wobbly at times but is not a major issue if you are not moving the monitor frequently. Overall, this is a great monitor with amazing specs for the price.
