I chose this monitor for the built in speakers, then its size and warranty. So far I cannot get the speakers to work. I know it is not the computer or connector because I hooked up to a separate set of speakers. Now I have to find the time to carry the monitor into Best Buy and have them check it out. Probably have to sent it out for repair - a new monitor. The monitor has a very good picture. If the speakers worked this would have been a great buy. I have 1 office and 2 home-office locations that I use with my laptop and I have several other computers with monitors. I just wanted to point that out so no one thought I did not know how to hook it up correctly. I am a heavy user even though I am not a computer tech.

Works great. Nice resolution. Starts up fast. Good value for the price.

Back-light provides consistent lighting across the panel - No brighter edges or dim spots. Colors are vivid but sometimes over-saturated and color reproduction is definitely off so probably not a great option for anyone doing photography editing, etc.

the monitor is great.good value.the only draw back is the speakers suck they work but i suggest a headset.

Worked well for a few days, then started blinking and going black. The size is very good though if it could work, then it will make my work very efficient.

I tend to stick to trusted brands, ASUS is not one I usually buy, however this is my 2nd ASUS monitor and it's AWESOME. Huge screen, stunning clarity, really nice. TWO HDMI inputs which I love so I can switch between my PC and laptop. I read some reviews that complained about ghosting, I have not seen any of that. 2ms response time, I have used it to play some of my favorite video games on it and it the fast moving graphics are awesome. For the price you get a great monitor.
