The preset display modes need little tweeting and really amplify what you're watching be it cinema mode, game mode, etc. The bright, vibrant colors continue to blown me away more than a month after purchasing this monitor. I took off a star for the lack of height adjustment and flimsy stand. Tapping my foot while sitting at my computer desk results in it shaking significantly. I use computer speaks so can't speak about the audio quality. This was an upgrade from a 24" LCD and I couldn't be happier.

It looks like it would be a good monitor if it wasn't defective. Colors are otherwise decent for the price. This is my second straight defective ASUS monitor, the other a different model but same price range. It will be my last.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.purchased monitor worked as expected for a year it died i had to pay for shipping to them, they send it back to me more damaged than i sent to them, scrtched, screen is now has dark spots i am without a monitor for 3 weeks , and the way they are talking another 2 before anything happens they dont have any in stock, so i have to wait for it to becoem available, i asked about a different model, am told not possible superviser has refused to call me back
