    I returned it in the first two weeks. It was going 'black screen' on me within two days of starting to use it. I am disabled, and had to take it to the nearest store. Thank God the store was helpful, but since I bought this online, having to take it to a store was a major pain.

    My chromebook must've had a manufacturer's defect because it would unexpectedly turn off even when it had charge left, and I would not be able to turn it back on until it was plugged in again (even though it had half or more battery). I tried to exchange it for a new one but Best Buy didn't stock them any more. Ended up buying another chromebook on Amazon that also had the water resistant keyboard I was looking for.

    Bought it and was very unhappy with it!! It is like an android phone and can only download apps to it and does not have a wide selection of apps either!!
