The screen looked good enough but I could never get the keyboard to work when typing in a browser address bar because the on-screen keyboard was taking precedence and even if you went through the steps to turn off the on- screen keyboard, the regular keyboard would still not work. So, I took it up to the Geek Squad to try to resolve the issue. They worked with it for about 30 minutes and were unsuccessful, saying the keyboard must be defective. They said they recommended just returning it, which I did.
