Within the first week desktop froze three times, twice while multitasking and once streaming a YouTube video + did not like the idea that it only had an integrated graphics card. Decided to upgrade to New Dell XPS.

The unit froze up while multitasking . Exchanged for different computer and this second unit would black screen on start up or restarts. Would loose WiFi at times. Had no choice but for a refund.

We bought this to organize our kids and grand kids photos. It has perform as well as we were told it would.

Works flawlessly so far. I would not mind upgrading the amount of RAM, however it runs fast enough for 85% of the folks out there as is out of the box. Video is great (I'm using an ASUS Monitor). Strictly from a layman's feel for machine, it seems to run quite fast, and starts programs, multiple office programs at once without a significant delay. I don't have hardware to test specs so can only say my impression. Works great editing pictures.

I game a lot and this computer can handle it well. I had the Geek Squad set it up and it has been great.

We purchased this as an update to our office desktop and found it to be fast and efficient for our use.

Plugged in and booted fine. Uninstalled McAfee because it's bloatware and I have a better Anti virus program and when the machine said it had to reboot to complete the uninstall of McAfee, the computer name came back up. It would power on but sit with a black screen. Manually power off and 10 seconds later it would power itself back on and still got to black screen (I waited 15 minutes to see if screen would change). Tech support was weak at best. After an hour of someone from who knows where ran out of ideas he said I can return it to Asus for repair. Told him I bought it two hours ago I'm not going to wait two weeks for the repair. Returned to Best Buy. Went to Costco and bought a sweet Dell machine for less and it was more powerful and... it worked!
