Only issues are that it sometimes gets loud (rattles) and the mouse is sticky. I've swapped out mice I know that work and changed the settings but nothing works.

Have grown to depend on Best Buy for solid products, recommendations and after purchase support. Now that I have the replacement with all my programs loaded I won't be taking it back anytime soon but I wish I could. Programs dont often open up when I try. If I have to restart it can take hours. Not a fan of Windows 8.

Please try running system and Windows updates. You may want to update to Windows 8.1 as MAJOR changes have been made.
