I purchased this computer for my son to use as a gaming computer. He as made a few upgrades, (new graphics card) and he had been very happy. If you need a computer to start your gaming life, here it is

Very quiet, fast I don`t like Windows 8.1. Could not ask for better computer

this computer is geared towards gamers. Although I do not play games I do appreciate the speed that this computer has to offer. this is my second asus desktop (we need more than one) and I have no complaints.

Initially all operations went well, for a person who had never used Windows 8. After a few days of twiddling around ... I was okay. However, my ASUS desk top shut down. The online Geek referred me back to the store. naturally, I took it in on a Friday.. A pick up call was received on Sunday 10:00am. I picked it up on early Monday morning ... Now, I cannot get into my online banking acct. it's simply another detail, I must figure out ... The phone Geeks have all been helpful. And, the hard drive did an excellent job. Yet, I found there to be complications while attempting to locate, and transfer data to my lovely new ASUS. Bottom line: I need to learn "how-to-use" my excellent ASUS and Canvio Hard drive.

New tower PC is very fast in pretty much all areas. Boot time is short. Streams video off the Internet as good as live broadcast. Learning windows 8 has been pretty easy on the machine. Speed of the system helps with learning windows 8.

Nice computer for all levels of users. Easy to use and very quick.

Was very unhappy with the keyboard. Cannot see the letters on the keys.

I was impressed with the straight forward set up of the computer. I ended up buying a total of 4 computers for my 4 restaurants. We do a lot of streaming video for training and have found this computer works well in that environment.

I have been a computer analyst for 14 years and currently have 3 computers at home (2 of which I built) and 3 more at the office. Needless to say, I am quite computer literate. When 1 of my older home computers started occasionally getting the blue screen of death, I decided it was time to get a new one. I was too busy to take the time to build another one myself, so I stopped in at Best Buy to see what they had available, told the sales guy exactly what I was looking for and he took me straight to this computer. He was right, this was exactly what I wanted and I have not been disappointed. I have had it for 2 months now and am completely satisfied.

I don't use it a lot and im not very knowledgeable with computers

Economical computer with good performance. This is perfect for professionals or students who need a good computer for CAD or other visual programs (adobe suite, 3ds Maxs, etc.) who can't afford to get a Qosmio or Alienware.

Its a fast desktop with lots of memory we love it.

COULD NOT FIND SUFFIENT INFO. ON COMPUTER STARTUP TO UNDERSTAND HOW TO USE NEW OPERATING SYSTEM! HAVING TO GO BUY WINDOWS 8.1 OPERATEING BOOK FOR DUMMY'S TO EVALUATE MY HAPPINESS WITH THE NEW ASUS COMPUTER!!!!

Did not want to have to get windows 8. Got one anyway. This was a returned item. I already have some issues with it. That's what you get when you get a returned item and told that it was never used.

This computer has worked great since I've purchased it. It was easy to set up and I've had no problems at all with it. Getting used to windows 8 is a little tricky but other than that minor detail I'm so glad that I purchased this computer.

If you want a basic gaming computer it's fine, but it's not one to really upgrade due to the low power supply, so you can't put in a good GC. But it's a good deal for a starter into computer gaming.

I have only used this computer for a couple of months now and I am very satisfied with its operation.

This desktop computer is extremely fast for processing, videos, etc. Very pleased with my purchase! Will be buying this brand for years to come.

Got it so that I could work from home, it is able to handle everything I do. I play a game here and the and it runs great. The key bored is somewhat difficult to read. but that's about it.

Good midrange desktop, but it comes with Windows 8 which is a little awkward at first, recent updates have made Windows 8 easier to adjust to
