Best value for the money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just what I was looking for, I was looking to build my own system that had similar specs, but that came out to be at least $200 to $400 more + the time to put it together. I was able to get the unit on Clarence+ I used a coupon and it came down to $750+Tax. This system should be good for gaming for at least 5 years.

Great PC for New Games
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this PC, which is my first Desktop, I had a gaming laptop before which started getting old and I couldn't run my games as well, but now with this I can run every game I have with highest settings except for some sort of badly optimized games atm like DayZ and Ark, but I can still run those on high, maybe higher, if I tampered with more of the settings, cuz I just got this today and I love it so far, I really suggest you maybe wait for a sale because I got this for $900!

Really great pre-build with some minor issues.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this PC along with an Oculus and Oculus Touch about a month ago. The unit works well and does a pretty admirable job of running almost anything I can throw at in 4K resolution. I have had some issues that typically rear their ugly head with pre-built systems. First, the edition of Windows 10 installed on the PC is loaded with bloatware. But, we have all accepted that this is just something you have to deal with for the convenience of not building yourself. The second issue is very common with these sorts of rigs. The power supply isn't large enough to accommodate the amount of load that the system can be under. The system would reboot itself once every few hours of gameplay in intense stuff. It also happened when I was in VR and it almost made me puke. Long story short, I recommend considering this system and doing what I did and throwing a 750 Watt power supply in it.

Excellent product for programmers as well...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not much of a gamer, but as a programmer and video producer, I needed something powerful enough to handle all of my programming and video editing needs. This baby handles them all very well. I opted to upgrade to 32GB ram as well as a 8TB hard drive (completely by choice, nothing wrong with components it came with) and I am very very pleased with this purchase. The 1 drawback is that I could not get a VGA monitor AND an HDMI monitor to work together as the VGA is a MBO component while the HDMI/DVI are on the graphics cards, so, I had to purchase a couple new monitors (which to me was a plus anyway, LOL). Other than that, I can't say enough about this machine, especially for the price.

This is a solid buy for gaming.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm currently on day 3 with this purchase. Out of the box could have not been easier. Took about a hour or so to update windows and other various things. I got this computer for gaming. At first i was worried about the CPU bottle necking but it seems its holding up well. Very crisp and fast. Here are some numbers i have been getting for the few games i have played so far. I get a very stable 60 frames in Gears of War 4 campaign. Which is really good. Multiplayer goes in to the low 100s. King of the kill im getting 90 - 130 frames. Arma 3 king of the hill full sever im getting around 50 at spawn and 20 in battle. Thats every thing cranked up to ultra. Made some adjustments and its not as bad. Other Arma stuff im getting around 50- 60 frames. Other various games in my steam library are running great on ultra. Im fairly confident this could handle just about every game out there. This is all at 1080p

Great beginner gamer PC
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first gaming PC and I think for the price it's a great start and can upgrade in the future. I got mine for $800 from Best Buy online, it was a Black Friday in July sale. I've only just set up my computer so I'll have to update when I utilize it more. Ensure the first thing you do is updating the drivers, my second monitor would not work until I did so. Recommend GeForce Experience for automatic updates for the graphics card. It has wireless internet but I plugged mine in to the router with an Ethernet cable. I do like the Bluetooth feature, I have Bluetooth headphones and I have a Bluetooth adapter for my computer speakers and they pair perfectly. So far no complaints, I'll be back with more updates.

An Excellent Purchase
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had my G11CD-B13 for over a month now and it has been everything that I wanted in a desktop. I had an issue right after it finished updating where it would seem to lock-up, but I realized that it activated a free-trial anti-virus program and there was two running at the same time. The free-trial anti-virus was conflicting with windows defender and was causing the issue. I preferred the Defender program, so I simply uninstalled the free-trial anti-virus and that solved the problem. This is a very good bargain on a desktop computer, for gaming or for doing anything that requires the memory to handle very large files. I would highly recommend this computer to everyone.

So far...quite amazing
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a stunning machine with great high end parts and pieces working in harmony. WTS, this is my second G11CD. The first was basically DOA...blue screen appeared 1 hour after setup. Could not recover from that point. Hats off to the wonderful folks at Best Buy. It was a no hassle return at a different metro ATL store (due to inventory availability where I first picked it up) This excellent customer service was well noted and will keep me coming back for any needed high end items - TVs, Kitchen appliances and, of course, future computer needs. WELL DONE Best Buy!!!

Not Impressed Yet
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I must have gotten a lemon. I had a laptop before this that worked better. This has done nothing but reboot 3 or four times a day. I can't even do simple games, it will lock up and reboot, no error messages nothing just reboots. I wish I could bring it back and exchange it for a new one, but they aren't available in my store anymore. Can't get Asus to answer their phone. On the plus side it is quiet, and up until it reboots it works great. I had read a lot about ASUS support, but thought I would give it a try,.. ..mistake.

Great Computer, poor design.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This computer is easily the strongest tower I've ever owned, even with the little time I've had it, that much is clear. My only problem with it, so far, is that the design is elitist and obscure, specifically when it comes to the monitor outputs. If you buy this and your monitors aren't getting any signal, don't be upset, you need to use the outputs at the bottom of the pc. In order to use the hdmi and vga outputs on the top half, you need to enable onboard graphics, something that, and I quote from Asus's website, "but using the onboard graphics as your primary adapter will cause your graphics performance to suffer, so should be avoided." Why in the ungodly heavens would they place these inactive and undesirable ports in the most VISIBLE location? I have no holy idea, but its a thing, so keep that in mind. My only guess is that it was built with hdmi and aesthetic in mind, something that makes sense. None of this is a huge problem overall, but there's NO indication of what the problem might be. There's no word of it in the paperwork that comes WITH the pc. I described my problem with the pc to MULTIPLE employees at bestbuy and NOBODY knew what was going on. Lowest price? Yes, by far. Kindest staff? Yes, these were the nicest people I've ever worked with. Most proficient? Questionable. If I had a company selling machines valued at over a thousand dollars by themselves, my employees would know every tiny detail about the BASIC FUNCTION OF THE DEVICE!

Great performance and gaming
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Every game that i play goes 1080p 60fps at high config it has a good desing good performance and the GTX 1060 6gb with the Intel i5 just match great for now and most likely for the next couple of years just consider that it will not be cheap to update if you require it in the future.

Display Port Sound Issue.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Received my G11 and the display port had a crackling sound issue. Switched cables, updated Nvidia drivers and the problem remained. Exchanged it and the problem still exists. I prefer display port over HDMI because of the superior quality but I'm stuck using HDMI for now. All in all it runs the newest games in ultra settings and over 60fps which is great.

Great pc asus tech support sucks
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Asus support is a joke keyboard doesn't work right out of the box. Half the keys don't work and I would have to ship the whole computer back or drive 4 hours to a best buy to exchange!! But the desktop is great 60fps+ in the games I tried so far!

Awsome upgrade if you haven't bought a PC in 6 yea
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awsome buy if you haven't bought a PC in years (like me). The only downside I have so far are two of the USB ports in the back are very difficult to insert, but no big deal. The button to open and close the DVD drive can be tricky at times. Overall, I still recommend in getting this PC.

Such a let down
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this computer the first time with high hopes and the screen wouldn't even turn on I tried 3 different cords and 2 different screens I also checked the screens with my old alienwareand the screens both worked on it so I returned it thinking I just got the bad one in the batch. I now have my second one and guess what same deal. the screen won't work I can't even test out the system which is a shame because I was really excited about the stats on this computer... So now I am going back to return it I think I am just going to go back to an Alienware, Asus lost me as a future buyer with this Bull.

NOT WHAT I WAS EXSPECTING
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this item on 2/23/17 and I very excited after reading all the great reviews to have my new gaming pc. When I brought it home the set up was very easy but I was very disappointed. I could not even play my video game with out it shutting down!!! My husband looked in the the logs and found that there were critical errors each time I was playing around 9pm each night.... I call customer service and set an appointment and I am still waiting for 3-5 days for repairs. I got a lemon!!!

DOA
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just bought the PC. Took it out the box and hooked it up. Powered up with no problem but no video. Spent 20 minutes on the phone with India. After trying two different types of cables, still no video. At the end of the call, he said that I needed to call Best Buy to find out which cable to use or buy. I am not a novice PC person. Monitor is fine along with the cables. Not happy with Asus.
