This is a beautiful convertible laptop designed for Media Creation and rendering. It has a very solid feel, is lightweight and quite powerful for its size. It can be used as a standard laptop or a tablet. It can also be used for presentations when setup in A-frame mode. The laptop's finish is a specially designed "Nano-Black" to minimize reflections and smudges, keeping the surface clean and it looks great.
The keyboard is quiet and smooth. It also has illuminated keys making it easy to type in a darker room (which I do often). Battery life is very good as well. On my first day with this laptop, I had this on battery from 10 am to 5 pm at my office as I installed programs, updates and ran a few rendering tests. At the end of the day, I still had 18% and about 90 minutes left.
The touchpad works great. I’ve had no issues using it. It is very accurate with solid clicks. It has a unique feature called the ASUS DialPad. This pad seems to be designed mostly for Adobe products. When the button in the center of the wheel is pushed, it brings up on the display a DialPad menu with items tailored to the program being used. It is also customizable. I don't use programs compatible with this feature so I can't comment on how well this works. There is a 3-month trial for Adobe Creative Cloud, but I don’t need it now, so I haven’t installed it.
The 13-inch screen is a 3k high resolution OLED with a 16:10 aspect ratio. This is my preferred ratio for production. Most software I use have ribbon bars along the top and this ratio gives me more workspace. Brightness and contrast (1,000,000 to 1) are best in class according to the specs and my eyes agree. This is also a touchscreen best used when in tablet mode. It also allows for on-screen sketching. The ProArt Creator Hub software allows users to fine tune system settings and calibrate connected monitors.
The processor is an AMD Ryzen AI 9 370 with 12 cores and 24 threads. This new chip is up to 14 to 17% faster than its predecessor according to AMD. It's also more efficient. There are enhancements specifically for AI called “AMD XDNA 2 based NPU”. It's a lot of technical jargon but it seems to work based on my limited experience.
This laptop is one of the first specifically designed for AI and it comes with a couple of AI specific programs. MuseTree will search for images based on Keywords. It also has a feature that will generate IA images based on a sketch and a description. I used it to generate a few scenes. It didn’t produce what I was hoping to see but, I just started using it and wanted to see what I would get with rudimentary input. I think this app has a lot of potential with some tweaking of my input. StoryCube is basically an AI based scrapbook/photo organizer. This could also have potential, but I haven't had time to do a deep dive into the software. There is also a dedicated "CoPilot" button to bring up MS CoPilot for instant access to Microsoft's AI engine.
There are 2 graphics architectures in this laptop. The integrated AMD 890M (RDNA 3.5) is the efficient architecture used when loads are light.
The discrete card is an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050 mobile with 6gb of RAM. This is why I got this laptop. 3d Architectural Rendering software we use requires a discrete graphics card with at least 4gb of RAM. I can render on this laptop and move through our models in real time while showing clients our designs. We can also make minor changes on the fly. This is something my boss has been asking for for a long time. I do wish the RTX graphics had 8gb. That would speed things up for larger models, but we can limit views to keep things snappy.
There is a good amount of RAM and storage. There are 32 GB of RAM using very fast LPDDR5X chips that run at 7500 MHz. I believe this is soldered to the motherboard. The only disadvantage to this is in expandability and reparability. At 32 GB, I don't ever expect to upgrade this laptop so that is not a big deal. However, if a chip goes bad, that could be a major issue. The storage drive is a 1 TB PCIe 4.0 SSD. Max speeds in the specs are 5000 MB/s Read and 3800 MB/s write.
Cooling in this small laptop is an “advanced design” that uses Thermal Grizzley's Liquid Metal. This material helps lower CPU temperatures up to 13 degrees C cooler than traditional thermal paste. Cooler temperatures mean less chance of overheating and CPU throttling and less wear and tear.
I did have an issue related to the fans while setting up this laptop. They turned on at full speed during the initial Windows update and they were not quiet. At first, I thought it was static from speakers, it was so loud. Funny thing is, CPU was 20% max, disk use was 30% max and Wi-Fi loads were minimal as well. The computer was not very responsive during this time. I believe there was a driver issue or some sort of conflict happening. I basically let the updates run overnight and after restarting a couple of times, the laptop went back to normal operation.
There is more I could discuss. There are a ton of features in this laptop. If you are a professional looking for a powerful, lightweight, convertible laptop, this is one to look at. The features and quality feel make it excellent for media creation and modeling. The screen is on the smaller side but there is an HDMI port and a couple of USB C ports that allow you to connect an additional monitor and/or a docking station. I really look forward to using this for the next few years and seeing everything it can do.

Versatile laptop with a wide range of uses

The ASUS ProArt laptop is an incredibly versatile laptop with tons of applications. Its component configuration is a bit unique, in that it prioritizes processing speed and RAM over the graphics card. While most PCs cater to basic browsing, gaming, or business tasks, this laptop targets artists with its unique setup. Typically, you don’t see laptops with a top end processer, 32 GB of RAM, but only the entry level GPU of a graphic card series. This setup really favors designing applications, without having to be an outright gaming computer.
I’ve long expressed the important of prioritizing RAM for computers which are software heavy. The 32 GBs of RAM on this laptop make it ideal for Photoshop, InDesign, Excel, Word, etc. A great example is the use of layering in Photoshop, which prioritizes massive amounts of RAM, but doesn’t strain a graphics card like one would intuitively expect. I have a specific template I use weekly with InDesign, where I import a file into over 500 blank pages, to create custom flyers. This laptop, due to its high-end processer and 32 GB of RAM, processes this operation without the lag I normally experience in this process.
Here are some key features:
1. Compact Size: Surprisingly, the ProArt is smaller than expected. Comparable in size and weight to a tablet, but packs significantly more functionality. Notably, it includes an HDMI output, SD card reader, USB-C, and USB-A ports.
2. ASUS Dial: The touchpad features an innovative ASUS Dial. While configuring it can be a bit confusing, it shines in applications like Photoshop, allowing quick execution of specific tasks and combinations.
3. Gorgeous Display: The ProArt boasts a stunning display. Vibrant colors, minimal gloss, and touchscreen capability make it ideal for artists.
4. Unique Charger: The proprietary plug design is a minor drawback. A USB-C option would have been more convenient.
5. Effective Heat Dispersion: The laptop manages heat well, operating similarly to a gaming laptop but lacking the sleek quietness of a business laptop.
Overall, the ProArt strikes a balance, catering to a wide range of users. Although not a gaming powerhouse due to its RTX 4050 graphics card, it performs admirably. For context, it achieves 50-60 FPS in Diablo 4 while drawing only 10 watts, whereas a RTX 4060 can maintain 100 FPS in Diablo 4, but consumes 65 watts to do so. The result is a computer which remains cooler, and doesn’t require the extra heatsinks, weight and case thickness to house such a demanding GPU.

Perfectly portable high end powerful laptop!

Overall I really like this new Asus ProArt touchscreen laptop. The size of it is perfect for travel, it stores in any backpack with ease. It is lightweight as well, making perfectly portable. A student will absolutely love it. It features a very responsive touch screen that works perfect and it folds to go into tablet mode. It has a backlit keyboard as well, please note that you have to activate it with the F4 key. The display and graphics are brilliant. Everything looks crisp and clear, more so than any other laptop that I own.
One of the issues I first had was that it would crash during my first week of use. It had an error/reboot message. I ran some updates and updated the BIOS, which appeared to fix the problem. The fan was also extremely loud before the updates, even in "whisper mode". It has run much quieter since.
The laptop is also extremely fast. It has launched every application with ease and has not gotten bogged down with too many applications. The volume is also very nice and clear. The speakers sound very well calibrated and emit perfectly smooth sound. The video playback is extremely sharp with no issues that I have found. I was watching the Olympics in crystal clear HD. I love it!
There are many features that the laptop contains that require a ProArt account. The account is free and these are features that an art student would be delighted to use. With this you can adjust color pallets, hues, and overall color management. It even has a dial pad built into the touchpad that lets you interact with the ProArt creator hub.
Overall, I feel that this laptop is universal for all types of people who appreciate high end computing. It is great for an everyday user with it's touchscreen, rugged durability, and lightning-fast processor. It is also perfect for a student who requires portability and the power to run any demanding applications.

The ASUS ProArt PX13 is a standout choice for creators, blending portability with high-end performance in a sleek, convertible 13-inch package. Its 3K (2880x1800) OLED touchscreen is a highlight, delivering vibrant colors, deep blacks, and exceptional clarity thanks to its 100% DCI-P3 color gamut and 0.2ms response time. Whether you’re editing photos in Photoshop, cutting videos in Premiere Pro, or sketching with a stylus, the display offers precision and immersion that’s hard to beat. The 60Hz refresh rate might feel limiting for some, especially gamers, but for creative work, it’s more than adequate given the panel’s quality.
Under the hood, the AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor (with up to 50 TOPS of NPU power) paired with 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM (running at 7500 MHz) ensures snappy performance across demanding tasks. Multitasking with dozens of browser tabs, 4K video rendering, or running memory-intensive creative apps feels effortless. The NVIDIA RTX 4050 GPU adds a solid boost for GPU-accelerated workflows like 3D rendering or real-time video effects, and while it’s not a top-tier gaming card, it handles modern titles at medium-to-high settings smoothly. This makes the PX13 a versatile machine for creators who occasionally dabble in gaming.
The design is another strong point. Weighing just over 3 pounds, it’s impressively portable for a device with this much power, and the military-grade toughness (MIL-STD 810H) gives peace of mind for on-the-go use. The 360-degree hinge lets you flip it into tablet mode, which, combined with stylus support, is a boon for digital artists. The keyboard is comfortable and responsive, though the replacement of the right Ctrl key with a Copilot button might irk power users who rely on shortcuts. The DialPad, a unique feature for quick adjustments in creative apps, is handy but can feel inconsistent at times.
Battery life is a mixed bag. With a 73Wh battery, you’ll get around 5-9 hours depending on usage—decent for light tasks but underwhelming when pushing the CPU and GPU hard. The fans can also get loud under load, a trade-off for keeping thermals in check, though the laptop stays quiet during casual use. Port selection is solid, with two USB-C (40Gbps), USB-A, HDMI 2.1, and a microSD card reader, though the lack of USB-A on both sides might mean reaching for a dongle.
Priced starting around $1,699, the PX13 offers great value for its specs, competing well against alternatives like the MacBook Pro or Dell XPS in the creator space. It’s not perfect—battery life could be better, and the 60Hz display might not suit everyone—but for a compact, powerful, and beautifully built laptop tailored to creative professionals, it’s a compelling option. If portability and a stunning OLED screen are priorities, the ASUS ProArt PX13 is tough to overlook.

A Beautiful, Powerful, Versatile, Laptop

The ASUS ProArt 13 has taken care of all of my computing needs for the past few weeks. There isn’t anything this beast can’t handle. Though it’s not perfect, so far it has shown the ability to handle all my fun and basic needs like my previous Windows laptop and all my creative and photo editing needs where I normally use my M1 Pro MB Pro.
Beastly Performance:
As I mentioned, there isn’t anything I can throw at this laptop that it can’t handle. With 32GB of very fast LPDDR5X RAM running at 7500MHz, a hundred Chrome tabs can’t slow it down. The Ryzen processor has also held up well through all I’ve done with the ASUS.
The fan does run a fair amount as you might expect with a powerful processor and an RTX 4050 graphics card.
With two Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports and an HDMI port, I have no trouble running both 32” monitors at 1440p and 165Hz.
Design & Build:
Beautiful. The matte black finish on top is beautiful. With a matte finish though, comes fingerprints galore. It also seems to get marred up pretty easily. I had my MB Pro on top of my ProArt 13 and grabbed the MB Pro and the simple sliding of the MB over the matte top of the PA13 left a slightly discolored mark that I can't rub off with a little moisture and my thumb. Couple that with the fingerprints and you will likely notice marks here and there in short order. It is a shame because the ProArt 13 looks great out of the box.
One feature I really appreciate in a laptop is whether or not I can open it with one hand. For some reason it bothers me to use two hands to pry open most laptops. I can lift the screen wit one finger and the laptop stays in place, just like every MacBook I’ve ever had. I also enjoy the 360 hinge and touchscreen that makes this laptop very versatile. I’ve watched movies on the beautiful 3K screen in “tent mode” and played games with it folded all the way over, using only the touchscreen.
Battery Performance:
The performance of the ProArt 13 when dealing with power is much better than any gaming laptop I’ve used but certainly not as good as my M1 Pro MB. It has a powerful processor and gaming GPU with a very high resolution screen so I expect the battery to go down quickly - though on my first power up with it I was able to get more than 7 hours which was better than I expected. One setting in Windows 11 that I used to prolong battery life is changing the default GPU for different apps. Whenever I use less graphically intense apps like word processing or even chrome, I am using the integrated GPU which saves battery. It comes with a bigger brick charging block similar to gaming laptops but it also charges via either of the two USB-C ports, one on each side. When charging via USB-C you will get a message that your charger is too slow unless you have an 80-100w charger. Even with my 67w charger though, the USB-C charging would take it from 10% to 100% in about 2-½ hours.
Software:
Windows 11 is a great upgrade from 10 and is the standard on most PCs now. The ProArt 13 comes with some ASUS software that I have played around a bit with.
StoryCube - Seems pretty good so far. It is an all-in-one media app for photos and videos. It can sort and filter by faces or time periods just like Google Photos or iCloud Photos. It seems to work well so far. Conveniently you can import from files as well as Google & Apple Photos. It has some AI features (of course) such as allowing AI to create a photo album for you.
ProArt Creator Hub - This app will allow you to fine tune settings like color and performance on the PC. Similar to Windows Task Manager, it will show you CPU and RAM loads and has settings to let you optimize both CPU and GPU to fit your current needs.
ASUS Dial & Control Panel - This is a cool app that integrates the “dial” that is in the top left corner of the trackpad. You can determine what apps will allow th dial to operate and from there you can use the dial to seamlessly adjust the volume, brightness and a ton of other preselected commands plus create your own custom shortcuts. It can be really handy once you get the knack for it!
Overall I have found the ASUS ProArt 13 to be a beautiful, powerful, and fast solution to all of my computing needs. I used to go back and forth between my previous Windows Laptop and my M1 Pro MB Pro because they both served different purposes. The ProArt seems to do it all really well and I think I can sell both of my old ones now!

The Asus ProArt PX13 is an impressive device that seems like it can't be slowed down. I have been using this for a week for various forms of content creation and am pleased by how well it works. An ultra portable laptop in a 13.3 inch form that is quiet and fast.
The laptop comes equipped with an AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor that seems next level fast with managing my tasks and requests. Paired up with a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 series GPU with 6GB of GDDR6 VRAM for fast visual responses and color accuracy. Equipped with a 1TB SSD, 32 GB RAM, and a 3K screen that runs at 60Hz and 500 nits of brightness. The connectivity includes 2 USB4 Type C ports, 1 USB 3.2 Type A port, 1 HDMI 2.1 port, 1 microSD card reader, and 1 3.5mm audio jack. There is a 73Wh 4 cell lithium polymer battery. The laptop weighs around 3 pounds.
Unique to this lineup of Asus laptops is the Asus DialPad which helps to keep functions and functionality even more at your fingertips. The DialPad is customizable to allow for various actions within apps and programs, and makes editing and creating a lot faster and smoother. CapCut Pro is a bonus feature that you get with this Asus ProArt PX13, as you'll get 6 months of free Pro access. Pro Art Creator Hub is designed to enhance and streamline all your various projects. AI powered software MuseTree and StoryCube can help in the brainstorming process of how to continue in my generating of content creation ideas. A unique new nano black finish on this lid helps to create a sleek appearance and the smudge resistant finish helps to keep that nano black look clean. This is a laptop that is a convertible laptop which also allows for touch screen access and controls. The Corning Gorilla Glass NBT helps to ensure visual clarity and provides a better scratch resistant surface. The built-in Copilot key for Windows is truly an ally to help make daily usage much easier. Copilot is designed to help enhance my productivity and also help me with various tasks such as finding files, controlling settings in my computer and answering questions in conversational format. Along with the earlier mentioned CapCut access you also get 3 months of complimentary Adobe subscription for access to Adobe Creative Cloud Apps.
I've been able to use this laptop for just about everything and it's performed every task without a hiccup. Create, play, build and elevate your everyday life faster. This laptop has an AI that continues to get better with time with faster AI model training. Gaming has been smooth and accurate. Image creation with the help of AI has been fun and insightful. Keeping this computer performing at its highest levels also requires keeping it cooled internally with ASUS Advanced Cooling Technology. The machine is a quiet and efficient laptop that has powerful performance. Dual fan blades, and quad exhaust systems with liquid metal keeps the airflow moving strongly ensuring a well cooled machine. Wifi 7 is built into this ProArt PX13 which gives me access to faster speeds for wifi connectivity along with more stable reliability. This combined with the Asus exclusive Wifi SmartConnect feature helps to give me greater distance and seamless wireless network experience.
As an entertainment laptop this machine shines. The audio is very crisp and clear with Harman Kardon certification. Louder volumes are achieved and a richer depth for better surround sound effects. Dolby Atmos sound gives lifelike spatial separation. Smart Amplifier with Asus Audio Booster helps to create a clearer voice without damaging speakers components. For long term peace of mind you get military grade durability to help you on the go for when your laptop takes a beating while you're catching your content in the extreme environments.
Overall I feel as if this laptop can go head to head with many leading laptops used for content creation. The machine is fast, quiet, loaded with fast paced technology, and ready for home use and on the go usage.

Hits the sweet spot for usability and portability

This 13-inch laptop hits the sweet spot for me as far as useability and portability. It quickly converts from laptop to tablet and back. The keyboard is responsive and feels right. (How the keyboard feels is a big deal to me.) The 2880 x 1800 60 Hz Touchscreen display is sharp. And the AMD Ryzen 9 processor coupled with 32GB RAM and a 1TB SSD rounds out the package. I ran PassMark on it, with overall PassMark Rating of 10518.9 / 96th percentile.
A recent trend on laptops seems to be a very very limited number of ports. This one actually has a decent selection of ports including two USB4 Type C, One USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type A, micro SD card slot, HDMI output port and a Headphone/Headset/Microphone jack. I don’t have to travel with a docking station!
This laptop is actually a 2 in 1 with 360-degree hinge. When folded back the keyboard is locked out. So, no worry about accidental key presses when using the ProArt as a tablet. Note that the ProArt does not come with a pen/stylus. But my Bamboo pen works just fine with no setup needed.
ProArt Creator Hub (preinstalled) has some useful tools, including a system dashboard and links to creative tools. Included CapCut video editing software looks interesting as does StoryCube. Unfortunately, MuseTree generates an error about the VRAM not meeting minimum requirements.
The ProArt has a backlit keyboard and a dedicated CoPilot key, which is handier than I thought it would be. The touchpad also has an incorporated Dialpad. Dialpad might be good for certain creative apps. But for a normal user, it’s mostly just good for changing the volume and the screen brightness. The Dialpad is turned off and on by a diagonal swipe starting in the upper right corner of the touchpad.
Marketing material notes an estimated 10-hour battery life. But fully charged, mine shows 6 hours. I’m certain that could be improved by tweaking the power settings though. Even so, 6 hours will get me by on most domestic flights, or a couple of long meetings.
In summary, the Asus ProArt PX13 is my new go to laptop. It is versatile and powerful enough to use for work and entertainment. In the office, at home or when traveling, it works.

Super nice, portable, lightweight and powerful laptop! Has a lot of awesome high end features you want in a top tier laptop. Super clear high quality screen 3k oled is just so colorful and bright, amd processor is fast and powerful and helps you get the work you need done. 32gb of ram helps you breeze through tasks quickly. Geforce graphics card makes gaming effortless and looks great on the screen. Screen is Not huge but perfect size for portability for taking on the go or around the house. It even folds into tablet mode if you wanted to make it even smaller. Feels and looks tougher with higher grade materials if you do accidently damage the computer. Asus dialpad is new for me and it does make things easier to navigate, takes some getting used to but makes things a lot quicker. Lighted up keyboard helps you see at night. Perfect for school or business. Lots of storage with 1tb of storage in ssd drive. Biggest push for this computer that it was for creative minds that use photoshop and other tools for designing. It works well with strong programs that require a lot of power and the colors really pop with the screen. Does make things a lot easier in your life. I highly recommend this computer for everyday use!

I was looking for a small and light portable 2-in-1 13” option and came across this beast running a dedicated GPU, along with the newer AMD offering. The Px13 is not noisy at all during normal use, but will throttle up its dual fans when the system load is high. A quiet mode is offered to keep the dedicated GPU disabled when productivity use is needed when you need to keep things silent.
Build quality is solid and the color/styling is top notch. The biggest negative I see is the 60 Hz screen refresh limitation, but for my use case it’s still great to have OLED for the excellent image quality. Due to the smaller form factor, the battery still keeps a decent capacity at 73 Wh. Evens so, the battery certainly will struggle under high loads, so be close to a power source when gaming or doing content creation on the go.
I am looking forward to lots of time spent on this device with the excellent flexibility of power & portability that the Px13 offers.

I recently got my hands on the Asus PX13 while it was on a promotion, and I'm loving it! This convertible laptop is a powerhouse. The best thing about this laptop is the 3K OLED touchscreen. It is gorgeous and super responsive. Whether I'm working or playing, the visuals are incredible.
The AMD 370 HX and RTX4050 make multitasking a breeze. I can edit videos, run design software, and even play my games without lag. The keys have a really satisfying travel and feel good to type on. The Asus software has nice features to help you maximize graphics performance or battery life.
There are a couple minor things:
- The fans can get a bit loud when I'm pushing the laptop
- The screen is only 60hz refresh
But honestly, those are small issues compared to everything else this laptop offers. If you're looking for a powerful, portable, and versatile convertible laptop, I highly recommend the Asus PX13!

Great build quality, fast, works well for my tasks. Amazing screen quality.
Lots of memory for an off the shelf laptop too. Runs autocad well.
It is exceptional in that it offers a lot of features but in a smaller size. When I'm going mobile, I prefer the 13 inch screens, if i need more real estate I plug into a larger screen at home, and this one can easily drive a 4k hdmi monitor.
Battery is good, not great. More extensive tasks when mobile chew through battery more than lighter weight tasks.

This little thing is a screamer... It boots fast, facial recognition is quick, it runs every day tasks quickly, Photoshop is flawless, the screen looks amazing, color accuracy is great, the keyboard is easy on the eyes and very tactile, the size is very portable, the built quality is amazing, battery life is OK to get through the day (without editing video), the built quality is fantastic and the speakers sound quite better than average... The dedicated video card (NVidia 4050) will handle most modern video games at medium settings and the dedicated graphics will handle older games while saving battery life... great laptop, great form factor, excellent built quality from a trusted brant...

The Good
The ASUS ProArt PX13 is a powerhouse that excels in performance and design. The AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor and 32GB of memory ensure lightning-fast multitasking, even with demanding creative software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Blender. The 3K touch screen is stunning, offering incredible color accuracy for professional photo and video editing. The RTX 4050 GPU handles 3D rendering and gaming smoothly, while the 1TB SSD provides ample storage with impressive read/write speeds. Its sleek Nano Black finish and compact 13-inch form factor make it both stylish and portable. It’s a great option for creatives and professionals who need top-tier specs on the go.
The Bad
While the specs are impressive, the battery life leaves something to be desired, especially under heavy workloads—it barely lasts 4-5 hours when running intensive tasks. Additionally, the touchpad feels a bit too sensitive, occasionally registering unintended gestures. For a laptop marketed as premium, I was surprised by the lack of included accessories like a stylus or a dedicated sleeve, which would have been a nice touch considering its price.
The Ugly
The biggest downside is the price-to-value ratio. At this price point, it’s competing with other high-end laptops that offer better battery life, improved build quality, or superior displays. Moreover, the fan noise during high-performance usage is louder than expected, which can be distracting in quieter environments. Worst of all, my unit had a manufacturing defect where the screen occasionally flickers—something unacceptable in a laptop aimed at professionals. ASUS customer service has been slow to address the issue, which dampens the overall experience.
Overall Verdict
If you’re a creative professional who prioritizes performance and a high-quality display, the ASUS ProArt PX13 is worth considering. However, for the price, its flaws in battery life, fan noise, and occasional QA issues may make you think twice.

Better than G14

The performance is really good in this small 13 inch form factor. It is perfect for on-the-go computing. The build quality is high. It surprisingly stays cooler than the Asus G14 (2024) and is much more comfortable to use. The screen is excellent and having the touch screen is really nice, an upgrade over the G14.
The only drawbacks are the screen refresh rate and the battery life. 60Hz refresh rate isn’t terrible (most screens nowadays are still 60Hz, like the regular iPhone) but 90+ Hz would certainly have been better. Battery life is average for a laptop in this class in 2024. I get about 5 hours of every day usage.
