Product was as I expected it to be, light weight, compact and powerful. Only drawback is 6gb ram, it should had been atleast 8gb. Nonetheless good product to buy.

Very thin and light. Fast processor with good battery life. Ideal for someone who travels and wants to be productive in the process. Ideal for classroom as well.

I've been looking for a basic computer that was FHD, had backlit keyboard, and was fast. In what I've found to be the hit or miss world of Windows computers, two out of three is not too bad. My standards were high, after spending a decade nestled in the safe yet anonymous bosom of Apple, at times I thought about biting the bullet and getting a used MacBook Air (a cheap no frills compromise). The first computer that really caught my eye was Acer's R13...Oh I wish it had worked out because you had it all (well, barring quality control that is). After going through four units with defects (or mayybe itts normal in some placces to randomly use double letters in words), I moved on to Toshiba's Sattelite Radius. I didn't move too far though because the trackpad would stop every ten minutes or so. I gave HP a try but call me crazy, I like to have a new computer that doesn't go to a blue sceen unhappy face everyday. Then I saw the ADUS Q304UA...granted, it wasn't love at first sight, I mean those hinges are soooo shiny, but you know they are also strong. And what lies within seems to be a quality product fairly priced. Now if they could just get over the "recovery disk" debacle and send out a copy, we might be talking love..

Great laptop for my daughter. Just the right size and weight. Battery life is good and nicely made, looks expensive For its looks.

This laptop does the job and then some . Mainly used for school . But it's fast enough to do other things..

The Asus 13 inch is a good size, light weight and very portable. The touch screen responds well making it easy to use.

I went into Best Buy to have my old laptop looked at because it was broken and I ended up taking it back home along with this new computer. Not only was it on sale but it had everything I wanted and I went during Labor Day weekend and saved even more money. Great reviews convinced me to buy it. It's lightish and fast. The backlit keyboard is a must have for me. It's amazing I would recommend this product to anyone looking to buy a small dependable and convertible laptop!

I needed something very basic I've always worked with my hands and never needed a computer but as I got older my friends warned me of being computer illiterate so this was my first step into a laptop and I'm absolutely loving it it's simple as great graphics loads everything quickly and has a ton of storage

Bought this for my daughter in September as she was starting high school and needed a laptop for school work. She loves it. It is small and portable, although it doesn't go to school often, and while the flip feature is nice, she honestly doesn't use that much. Still, it's easy to navigate, the keyboard is a good size, and here it is, almost the end of the school year, and it's still working great! Hoping this will take her into college.

This laptop is portable, lightweight, and easy to use. The backlit keyboard is an especially convenient function that can be used in low light. The installed programs are easy to use, and are visually pleasing. I would recommend this laptop for anyone looking for a classroom computer.

I'm overall very satisfied with this purchase. Physically it feels very sturdy, especially the hinge to rotate the screen. Others have complained about the looks but I hardly notice it and and I've had no issues opening or closing it. I upgraded the hard drive to an SSD and boot times and overall responsiveness has been fantastic. I also find the backlit keyboard to be useful, and the touchscreen looks and works fantastic. I have two gripes though: - after waking from sleep, some keys on the keyboard will stop working (C, . , k). Restarting usually resolves this issue, but it is pretty annoying nonetheless. - I use an external keyboard and monitor when home, and I close the lid of the laptop when I hook it up. Again, when waking from sleep, the touchscreen will randomly activate, closing rowser windows or causnig extreme zooming. I wish the software to disable the touchscreen when the lid is closed worked better.

The Asus Q304UA is a great example of what a small footprint laptop should be. It is excellently constructed with large strong hinge points that appear as if they will last for a long time ( which is very important if you plan to use it often in tablet mode). The 6th gen Intel core I5 can handle any program you throw at it and the touch screen is very responsive and well done. The screen does a good job of not becoming covered in smudge marks with frequent screen touches. The screen has a very good picture clarity and is bright enough to use outdoors. The speakers are clear and are plenty loud for everyday use. Overall I would rate this as an excellent laptop in the smaller / more portable size.

This laptop was perfect size, storage and price for our son who is a freshman in college. We then went back the following week an purchased another one for our daughter who is a junior in high school Would have gotten one for myself but I like a larger screen.

I needed a new laptop fast after Microsoft destroyed my old Lenovo in a failed upgrade and attempted downgrade--Win7 to Win10 and back. Even the Geek Squad couldn't restore it. This was a nice size, weight, lighted keyboard, TB disk, decent processor and RAM, and substantial hinges (I've learned to look for that), for the price. I would have liked a VGA output for projectors, but I like the auto-disabling of the touch-pad when I plug in a mouse. I'd prefer the function keys work as labeled without having to also hold the "fn" key with the other hand... There's probably a reason.

Fast and sleek and lightweight with enough storage for a pharmacy school student !

I purchased this laptop for use at home and at school and have had no issues in the month I've owned it. Applications such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint open very quickly and start up time is usually quite fast as well. However, occasionally upon restarting my computer there will be an approximate wait of 5 minutes while the computer updates. For this reason, I make sure to arrive early to class to allow time for this as I never know when an update will occur. The touch screen feature is a wonderful addition to this computer, I especially enjoy the ability to draw with my finger or stylus in Microsoft Word. This is particularly nice for incorporating diagrams my professors draw during lecture. Overall I am quite satisfied with this product.

Size and convenience are good for a first year University student. Lightweight makes it easy to carry. Software and processing power makes it easy to run several applications while doing research.
