Easy to use. Very compact and nice design. Haven't had any issues other than Windows setup process.

This is a great computer very small, pratical this has great hinges and can fold like a tablet, this would be a great comuter for a student or any person who would want a smaller computer

I purchased this for my daughter for her college classes, She really likes the convenience of the small size and that the keyboard lights up it makes it easier for her to work at night.

It's a great laptop, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I have had to replace the HDD in it. Within a year the harddrive failed and the laptop blue screened on me.

I received this as a gift and so far I love it. It does everything I need it to do. My kids enjoy the touch screen and it works for their school work and also streaming movies and TV shows.

Solidly built. Relatively easy to upgrade RAM and HDD for SSD but they use tape to cover both so it will likely void warranty if you upgrade.

For me, the computer is occasionally used for travel. It is lightweight and easy to carry. Have not had a chance to use it consistently for businesses to see how it will perform.

I was going away on a business trip and my old Dell laptop was having problems, so at the last minute I went to BB to see if I could get a new one for my trip that wasn't overpriced. I was not familiar with laptop brands so the BB associate spent time with me to explain the differences in brands and what the features were so I could choose the right one for my needs. I really like the one I chose, thanks to the knowledgeable staff at BB.

Thought I would miss my Sony Vaio, but this laptop is so fast and I love the touchscreen.

I bought this 2-in-1 to use in my classroom. I like the option of having a laptop with a keyboard and a tablet all in one device. It does take a little time getting use to using it as a tablet because it is a little bulky and awkward. However, after using it for a few days, the awkwardness went away, and it became easier to use. I like this 2-in-1 and would buy it again.

I was able to get my laptop on a manufacturer refurbish and saved a few hundred dollars. Great find. Still get the same warranty from the manufacturer and paid much less.

This tablet/computer is one of the best you can buy. I highly recommend this tablet to anyone. The only problem is the on/off switch on the side sometimes gets in the way.

pros: 1TB drive, HD resolution, 360 deg fold cons: powerbutton sticks out and very sensitive, I touch it inadvertantly when folding or moving laptop causing it to turn off (annoying), could use more ram, on the heavy side for the size, but I am ok with it. just don't expect to hold it as a tablet. Based on videos not easy to open for maintenance or changing HD to SSD. overall: worth the money if you are not planning to do any serious 3D design or gaming. first one was a dud, replacement from the store was way better. if you buy it and it starts freezing and respond slowly try replacing it, because it should not !

Loved the size and screen however I had issues with it freezing up several times. It went into some weird reset and it hasn't been a problem since.

The laptop was unasable at first, will take more than 10 min to boot and continually froze. I believe, as many other reviews have stated, that there is an issue with the internal hard drive. I replaced the hard drive with an old Samsung 840 pro and performed a clean install of windows 10. The laptop now works without any issue. I had it for over month and I have not experienced any other issue. If you can buy an open box, maybe work out a deal to have the hard disk replaced. Regards.

I use this laptop primarily for schoolwork so I like how compact it is, the mouse pad is a bit sensitive though. Love the 4K screen resolution and long lasting battery!

The Asus Q304ua 2 in 1 Touchscreen Laptop is quite the high schooler PC. Overall great performer. An SSD would make this PC a rocket along with a little more memory.

This Asus - Q304 2-in-1 13.3 Touch-screen Laptop is certainly a real step up from older Asus machines. Feels solid in every way. Really like the hinges on this unit; much more sturdy than on any number of laptops I've owned in the past. Two CONs: (1) The contrast between the brushed aluminum and the narrow stroke of the key markings of the keyboard are quite difficult to read except under direct light on the keyboard and (2) location of the on/off switch is poorly located such that it is easily switched on or off unintentionally holding the unit by the sides (move the switch near the back corner).
