I love my laptop, very light, fast, high definition... I made my "Best Buy"

Best Buy clerks referred me to this laptop & I am happy with the purchase.

Maybe I didn't do any research... but I was upgrading the computer from a 4 year old Asus that is having power cord connection issues internal to the laptop. So I figured anything I purchase in 2017 would be considerably better. Thus far... the battery life and charging is better and the screen is better. I still haven't gotten used to the touch screen yet. But... the computer seems to run rather slow and process web pages slow while my other computer is fine.

I really recommend this laptop. Great price, and the perfect size for me.

This is a nice touch screen computer. Light, easy to transport.

Good for what I need, keyboard is great, easy to figure out, like the ability to use as tablet without having to detach the screen from the keyboard.

As a college student this is great for me, fast, efficient and multitasking. Has all the essential ports. If this had an sdd, it would be perfect

This was exactly what I wanted, and I got it on sale for under $500, which is what it should be anyway. ( I think computers should be cheaper at this point in the game). It's price is reflective of the memory and GB. I like the small size. I really like the lighted keyboard. I like the fingerprint ID. ANd I especially like that it is not all plastic.

The computer is a really good by. The interchangeability from laptop to tablet is fun and convenient. With the 6GBs I chose to use the computer for homework, streaming, and miscellaneous online browsing. I wouldn't recommend downloading large files or music on to the laptop as I have found it slowed down older computers I've had. It's a great buy!

Daughters laptop died in college so we brought it to best buy geek squad. Said they couldn't fix it so we bought this one. It is what it is, a laptop. No direct Ethernet connection so we had to buy a USB one. Its fast, it does computer stuff. Side note, Talked to a friend that is good with computers, and all I had to do was restore the old computer and it worked like new. Thanks Geek Squad for making me spend 700 bucks when I didn't need to.

Bought this for my wife as she wanted a 13" screen instead of 15" because of size and weight. Touch screen works great. Mouse pad is a little odd as it a different kind of finger pressure than others that I have used. The hot air is exhausted in the center back of the keyboard half so if you don't have the hinges up when you flip to tablet mode it can overheat if you have that area covered. Also if you go into tablet mode and use it in portrait mode then be sure to not push the power button as it is easily pressed that way.

My desktop crashed so I thought it was about time to purchase a laptop. I did some research and found that ASUS makes good quality machines. Turns out that the review was correct. It's a good laptop for what I use it for, bill paying on line, game play, searching the Internet, etc... I was most impressed with the service I received from the GEEK SQUAD. The manager, Thomas, walked me through the entire setup process.

Laptop is quick has a huge hard drive and more than enough RAM for Windows 10. A solid deal.
