There are a lot of features packed into this computer that cost much more in other systems. It may not be a Dell, or Hp, or even a MAC, but this Asus computer delivers and the value was fantastic. I am not sure how it would perform for gaming (I don't game), but I totally recommend it for anyone needing a laptop/tablet computer for business, school, or home use. The only criticism I have is the power/on/off switch should have been placed differently, especially when it is in tablet mode. Just be careful when handling it from the left side.

I bought this laptop for school and I love it! Being able to log on with my fingerprint is pretty cool and the touch screen is SO convenient.

I use this for primarily for work. The speed and storage are more than adequate. My only issue is the location of the on-off. In the beginning I unexpectedly turned if off a couple times a day. Appreciate the long battery life, size and keyboard.

Wanted a lap top to get rid of big desk top. This does all we need plus some. Love the size and that it will fold to be used like a tablet.

I wish the system had more Ram as part of the initial package. I was pleased that ASUS upgraded the drive to 1TB but going to 4 GB Ram from 8 (vs the system I purchased a few years ago) was a mistake. Ram is cheap, don't understand the move.

Great computer, got for a great price. The features are awesome, the size is perfect. Only complaint (not the computer it's self) is the Windows 10 updates, always updating and most of the time it changes apps without asking. Way to go microsoft!

This laptop is absolute garbage. For the price I paid I should not have so many issues with it. I’ve had to take it to geek squad over 5 times already and it’s still lags and freezes.

Wish it had a disc drive. Other than that it has been amazing. Love that I can flip it. Love the touch screen. Has plenty of space

compare its promotion price and its specification it is good. But as a notebook user, I feel the touch screen does not respond as it should be. and sometimes it seems locked. So I cannot recommend it. But my friend as a tablet user feels good.

After using it for an year, the laptop was good for personal use. Onky issue is its over sensitivity of mouse pad which i hate it and get irritated lot if times. Alternatively i am using external mouse at times.

Bought this for my grandson for his Birthday. He Loves it. Easy setup, lightweight but with enough power to handle his games and coding.

Great laptop for genral use such as games, music and pictures. runs very smooth and quick. Also, is very convenient in size and thickness

The battery life is great, the computer works perfectly, the case feels sturdy. This machine is also quick to boot up and no glitches

We were looking for a middle-of-the-range 2-in-1 laptop and this one perfectly fits our requirements since it was on clearance. We had to return the first one as it was not charging the battery at all. The replacement worked fine.

I bought this as a gift to my sister. As a university student with business major, she needs a computer that would accommodate her school works; from Microsoft Office like Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. to doing research on the internet. By far, this laptop has served her needs. It has 1 TB that would be enough to save all of her files. It took awhile to update the Windows 10 to the newest version. But once it installed, everything went smooth. The laptop feels solid. Hope it'll serve her until she graduates.

This computer was a replacement for a Dell that crashed. SO far I love it. It feels more sturdy than the Dell and I haven't had any problems with it. I wish, though the power buttons on 2-in-1s were not on the side, but I understand why.

The Best Buy staff was very helpful for my purchasing. The computer is can be used at an iPad also. Easy to carry and operator.
