Returned for different computer

Tried restoring computer thinking there was a corrupt file . It took almost 7 hours to restore its self. Returned and bought a different computer. Very well built laptop.. but poor internals.. could be a bad or real slow hard dive. Didn't want to use any longer because of lock ups and slow hard drive speeds

Computer challenging

I like the size but the cursor gets stuck or frozen, it's very frustrating. It was easier to figure out how to operate Apple. This computer has been really hard for me to put on apps and I can't put on ones I like. I am having a hard time putting my husbands and my email address on so we can just hit button. I would like to return or have directions that I could learn and understand. The computer is really slow also.

Great laptop for someone on the go
